Sewerage Treatment Plant

Construction of Sewerage Treatment Plant of 1.50 MLD capacity based on Sequencing Batch Reactor (S.B.R.) technology including evolving of hydraulic & structural design & drawings, planning, testing and commissioning followed by Tertiary Treatment by activated carbon filter, multimedia filter, auto chlorination as per the provisions of Manual on Sewerage & Sewage Treatment published by CPHEEO Manual (Latest edition). The Sewage Treatment plant should be capable of treating domestic raw sewage having characteristics of BOD =375 mg/litre & SS =750 mg/litre and the characteristics of treated /disposable effluent should comply with the standards as per the norms i.e. PH = 6.5 - 9.0 day BOD ≤ 10 mg/litre, COD ≤ 50 mg/litre, SS < 20 mg /litre NH 4 - N ≤ 5 mg/litre, N - Total ≤ 10 mg/litre, Fecal Coli form (MPN /100 ml) <100. The scope of work including C/O inlet chamber, 2 Nos. Screen channel with cleaning arrangement, 2 Nos. Grit channels, Partial flume, CCT, coarse and fine bar screen, sewage collection, 2 Nos. reactors with Sequencing Batch Reactor ( S.B.R.) technology of required capacity installed therein, alum dosing tank with required arrangement, polyectrolyte solution tank, Sludge recycle system with pumping arrangement, Sludge dewatering system (Mechanical Dewatering) comprising of sludge sump, centrifuge and centrifuge house, by pass arrangements for all units and inter connecting all units with relevant pipes,fittings and valves as per design and requirement ,Flood protection work, walkways, approach path with complete railings, Boundary wall, street lights/Plant light, gate, SITC of electromechanical for sewage treatment plant , DG set and its installation with change over switch arrangements ,Plant building including laboratory (Aluminium Joinery) of required class as per CPHEEO manual of Sewerage and Sewage treatment, Lab equipments & furniture, chlorine contact chamber with solution tank and solution dozer constant head- type, providing and installation of all mechanical & electrical equipments including site development all kinds of soil including removal of all Debries/ construction and demolision material after completion of waork & plantation at STPcomplete in all respect and as per term and conditions . Data sheet & scope of work and contour sheet of site is attached for reference please). (Firm shall also submit his proposal of disposing effluent either for Irrigation/ Industrial or any other's purpose.)

SEWER NET WORK.

Excavation in foundation & plinth in earth work in all kinds of soil Kankar, Moorum, Shingles conglomerate saturated soil decomposed such as containing spade work, blasting work, jumper work including decomposed soft and hard rock ,Pucca /metelled /Katcha /concrete/pavers road and paths etc including any hindrences, restoration of cables ,pipe network ,consumer connection /pavers /tiles during day or night with all material all kinds dressing of sides and beds, disposing of excavated earth with all leads,lifts disposal earth to be levelled and neatly dressed and returning the stacked soil into foundation and trenches etc. including ramming and consolidating the same whereever required with all leads ,lifts in cluding jungle clearance , making level with road surface with in all leads, lifts foundation etc.& complete in all respects and as directed by the Engineer Incharge as per CPHEEO mannual.

Surveying ,level marking, bench marking ,alignement of each line upto STP verfying the already executed departmental survey ,laying jointing and testing in trenches centrifugal cast ductile iron pressure pipes as per IS :8329/2000 class K-7 duty ISI marked , inside cement mortar lined suitable for tyton push onjoints for sewer lines including cutting of pipe, chamfering where rquired ( earth work in trenches to be measured and paid for seperately ) including carriage upto site of work, testing etc., complete in all respect as per instruction of the Engineer Incharge as per CPHEEO mannual.

Providing placing /installation and Fixing Pre Cast RCC Ecentirc Conical Manhole Chambers , M40 grade,125mm thick including EHD cover (Extra heavy Duty Cover)and foot steps size 1000 mm inner dia at bottom and 560mm inner dia at top height 800mm including making hole and interconnecting with pipe networking (as required) after laying refilling the cavity porton and making level with road surface with ramming and concreting etc. all leads, lifts and carriage of material at site and as directed by the Engineer Incharge as per CPHEEO mannual.

Providing/Placing/installation and Fixing Pre Cast RCC Manhole Rings , 125mm thick to maintain depth of manholes size 1000 mm inner dia & height 300mm,each including fixing with jointing solution and cement slurry all leads, lifts and carriage of material at site and as directed by the Engineer Incharge as per CPHEEO mannual.

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15mm thick welded with angle iron in frame 30X30X5mm . Providing tor steel reinforcement for RCC work including banding, binding and placing in polsition complete upto floor two lelvel including all leads, and carriage of material at site and as directed by the Engineer Incharge as per CPHEEO mannual.i ncluding cost of binding wires.

OPERATION & MAINTENANCE.

Design ,Supply ,Construction ,installation ,testing and commissioning & Maintaining all civil works and electro mechanical equipment in sewerage treatment plant of 1.50MLD capacity at Kheri based on advanced modren SBR technilogy with all contingent civil, electrical, machnical, piping and instrumentation work run and commissioning of all works operation and maintenance of entire system for one year after completion of three months Trial (free of Cost). ,also maintaining the data of testing and sampling ,and all network ( Main and Sub) at Trilokpur ,Kheri, Johron entire network for one year after completion / commissioning of STP complete in all respect to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge. firm shall comply the stringent effluent as per latest norms /standard and as per terms and conditionsand as per CPCB/HPSPCB/NGT.
