condition & establishing on site laboratory etc. including

issuing inspection note and quality assurance etc. as directed

by Engineer in charge complete including all taxes. like

Notes & Condition:

All work shall be carried out as per Public Works Department Handbook and other spcifications of Division or as

Rates quoted include clearance of site (prior commencement of work and at its close) in all respects and hold good for

work under all conditions, site, moisture, weather etc.

The Contractor shall exhibit a board with detailed specification and details of work as directed by the Engineer-In-

Charge for which no extra payment shall be made.

4 The labour cess will be deducted as per prevailing rules i.e. 1% of the work done.

5 GST and Income tax TDS will be deducted at a source while making payments of bills
