M & L for steel tubular swaged poles complete with cast with iron base plate, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts & screws as specified type 410 SP-31 (9.0meters long), pole coated with black bituminous paint throughout internally, and externally up to the planting depth and the remaining exterior surface painted with two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of primer including removal of old unserviceable pole complete all as specified.
