M&LProviding & fixing false ceiling semi perforated 12 mm thick micro tegular edged GRG false ceiling tiles at all heights with GRG (Glass Fiber Reinforced Gypsum) false ceiling tiles of Size 595x595 mm of approved texture, design and patterns having moisture content less than 2%, humidity resistance of 99%, NRC0.50 to 0.75 as per IS 8225:1987, Noncombustible as per BS 476 (part4)-1970 and light reflectance of 85% (minimum) to be laid in true horizontal level suspended on inter-locking metal T-Grid of hot dipped galvanized iron section of 0.33mm thick (galvanized @ 120 grams per sqm including both sides) comprising of main-T runners of size 15x32 mm of length 3000 mm, cross - T of size15x32 mm of length 1200 mm and secondary intermediate cross-T of size 15x32 mm of length 600mm to form grid module of size 600 x 600 mm, suspended from ceiling using galvanized mild steel items (galvanizing @ 80 grams per sqm) i.e. 50 mm long, 8 mm outer diameter M-6 dash fasteners, 6 mm dia fully threaded hanger rod up to 1000 mm length and L-shape level adjuster of size 85x25x2 mm. Galvanized iron perimeter wall angle of size 24x24x0.40 mm of length 3000 mm to be fixed on periphery wall / partition with the help of plastic rawl plugs at 450 mm center to center and 40 mm long dry wall wood screws. The work shall be carried out as per specifications, drawing and as per directions of the GE/Engineer-in-Charge. Make:- Diamond Ceiling or equivalent. Note :- PVC protected sheeting shall be used to avoid scratches,damages to the framework while fixingto ceiling.

M&L for PVC SHEET WALL PANELLING of solid thickness 5mm consisting of panels of desired size stuck on inner frame work of 50mm wide strips of 5mm thick prelam PVC sheet. The panel & strips shall be of 600 kg / cbm density manufactured by an ISO-9000 certified company. The strips should two PVC strips. The PVC strip shall be fixed to the wall using 65mm long M.S screws through the groove in the strip by using PVC fasteners. The distance between two screws shall not be more than 200mm. A groove of 2mm may be left at the joint of two panels for aesthetic looks. The exact size of the panel and correspondingly of the grid may vary depending on the size of the wall. Optionally a U Channel at top, bottom and side edges and strips of 5mm thick PVC sheet of width 75mm feathered at the edges shall be stuck at the places where two panels are joined, using solvent cement complete all as specified and directed ( Note- Including all nesscesary fittings and scafolding for heighted site)

M&L for Granite ( of any type) 20 mm thick machine cut, bedded and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone including griding and polishing typesincl screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 15 mm thick for laying floor finishes in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F for MS framed work such as grills, gratings, etc.. With ends of bars shouldered and riveted, or forged into spikes, framed guard bars, barred iron doors ladders, framed balusters, walk ways, railings, framework of water tanks and similar work con-forming to Fe. 290. Gde-E-165. complete all as specified and directed. Note (ii) :- Work will be carried out upto 6 story in necessary scafolding and safety measures and labour insourance etc.

M&L Preparation of new steel surface of any description over 10 CM width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide zink chrome primer complete all as specified and directed.
