a) Upkeep and maintenance of the hardware installed including Desktop Computers, server, Laser /Inkjet Printers, Scanners, UPS, Laptops, Plotter, Fax Machines, LAN and allied equipments like LAN cabling, Modems, Switches and Access points installed in SDA. b) To provide and maintain the required drivers for additional peripherals and hardware for maintaining the equipments. c) Repair to be carried out at the location of the equipments d) Support for users and troubleshooting and removal of virus and re- installation of software, if corrupted. e) Maintenance of existing LAN/wireless LAN and laying of additional cables for adding new nodes, whenever required. e) Any other maintenance work to be undertaken related to the Information Technology. f). Technical per to be stationed in this office during office hours. Complete detail given in Bid Document.
