Supply & fixing LT XLPE, PVC insulated, armoured heavy duty electric cable with alumimium conductor, 1100 volts grade, cross sectional area 500 Sqmm x 3.5 Core, laid in trenches / duct / on pole complete all as specified and directed.

M&L earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode of size 600 x 600 x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground in vertical position (earth pit not less than 2.25 m deep below the normal ground level) with top edge of the earth plate not less than 1.5 m below normal ground level, connected to earth lead of galvanised iron strip 32 x 6 mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel, all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 connected to earthing test point complete all as specified and directed. Spply and fix double compression copper stainless steel gland for fixing armoured cable in panel of size 3.5 core 500 Sqmm size complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches, not exc 1.5 m wide and not exc 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, laying cables etc. n exc 10 sq m on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out in soft / loose soil, complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Sl item No. 5.00 above but getting out in soft diseintegrated rock

Returning, filling in and including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing of excavated surplus soil to a distance n. exc 50 m and depositing where directed at a level n. exc. 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L sand cushioning with clean and dry sand in trenches for protection of UG cable and including punning down complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Punned thickness of sand coushioning shall only measured and paid.

Supply & laying sub class 'B', class designation 75 bricks of old size, laid over sand cushioning along alignment of cable as protection to cable in trenches complete all as specified and directed. Note : Sand cushioning will measured and paid seperately.

S&F 150 mm bore dia galvanised steel tubing, light grade, laid under road crossing, for cable protection or fixed to poles, walls or laid under floors complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Galvanised iron strip 32 x 6 mm with saddles and fixing screws etc. for roof conductors and down conductors above ground etc. as required complete all as specified and directed.

S&F cubical type LT Panel Board, outdoor type, factory made from CPRI approved factory, made out of 3.15 mm thick CRCA sheet and including MS angle iron 75 x 75 x 8 mm frame work, legs 0.6 m long, MC 100 channel base, totally enclosed, dust & vermin proof using neoprene rubber gasket (IP-54), double leaf door shutter in front side and single leaf shutter in rear side fixed with hinges having necessary locking arrangement in both front and rear door, with four side projected slanting roof, provided with louvers for ventilation / heat dissipation, danger notice plate, duly powder coated of approved shade over a coat of red oxide primer both internally and externally and including mounting on PCC platform made out of PCC (1:2:4) type B1 (20 mm graded stone aggregate), 150 mm thick (100 mm below & 50 mm above GL) and including necessary form work, earth work and excavation. M&L Mild steel TMT bars 10 mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Mild steel TMT bars of 5 mm dia and over upto and including 10mm dia in stirrups, spacers and binders complete all as specified and directed.

M & L use and waste of Formwork to sides of concrete foundations, footings, bases of columns, raft and raft beams, sides and soffits (if any) of foundation and plinth beam and similar work vertical or to batter for flat and rough finished surface complete all as specified and directed.

M & L use and waste of Formwork to soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slabs, floor slabs, landings and similar work not exceeding 200mm thick (Horizontal or sloping) for flat and rough finished surface complete all as specified and directed.

M & L Use and waste of Formwork to sides and soffits of floor or roof beams, beam haunchings, girders, bressummers, lintels, cantilevers, shelves including sup- ports, overhangs, etc. also splays between floors and beams, etc for flat and rough finished surface complete all as specified and directed.

M & L Use and waste of Formwork to sides of pillars, posts, struts, piers, columns and stanchions for rough finished square or rectangular portion complete all as specified and directed.

M&L hardcore of gauge not exc. 63 mm, deposited, spread and leveled in layers not exc. 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface using broken stone or boulders complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 100 mm thick PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base flooring complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 75 mm thick PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 (using 40 mm graded granite stone aggregate) as in plinth protection finished even and smooth with out using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Non skid coloured ceramic joint free tiles light shade 7 to 8 mm thick area of each tile exceeding 0.11 Sqm but not Exceeding 0.18 sqm in floors set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of the tile including screed bed or bedding layer of cement mortar 1:6, 15 mm thick for laying floor finishes complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for roof treatment in order of precedence as given below complete all as specified and as directed:- (i) Cleaning the surface using wire brush, brooming down and washing down with water to remove dust etc, and brushing with neat cement slurry @ 3.00 kg of cement per Sqm. (ii) 10 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:3 on surface. (iii) Cleaning of plastered surface and applying one coat of bituminous primer @ 0.50 Ltr / Sqm. (iv) Supply and laying 3 mm (Minimum) thick APP based polymeric membrane of approved manufacturer with weight not less than 3.60 Kg per Sqm, reinforced with non-woven polyester fabric weight not less than 150 gms per Sqm. Polymeric membrane shall be taken to a height of 30 cm (minimum) and then inserted inside the groove of parapet wall and shall be finished by a membrane flashing. (v) Applying one coat of hot blown bitumen 85/25 @1.2 Kg/Sqm over APP membrane & finally finishing with a coat of bituminious aluminium primer @ 0.100 Kg/Sqm. Note :- (a) Laying APP based polymeric membrane shall be done by torch on method as per manufactures instructions. (b) A minimum overlap of 100 mm and 75 mm should be made at the end and sides of the polymeric membrane respectively and all overlaps and joints shall be sealed as per manufacturers instruction.

S&F steel rolling shutters of 1.25 mm thick lath, with ball bearing and including top cover, anchoring rod, hasp and staple and one shop coat of primer erected in position as indicated complete push & pull or manual type complete all as specified and as dirrected.

S & F safety lever locks mild steel with 4 levers for rolling shutter complete all as specified and directed.

M&L of Moorum/red bajri filling in floors or pavings, laid in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, spread, levelled and rammed including watering complete all as specified and directed.
