Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floor and paving n.exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level)

Demolition of cement concrete(reinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for drain

Demolition brickwork or stone/boulder masonry built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc,

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of old broken Fencing/barbed wire, wire mesh, and rolling/winding and removing from site.

M & L for cement concrete 1:2:4, type B2 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) in foundations, including rafts,footings, foundation beams;plinth beams; bases for columns, etc.; basement slabs, under-reamed piles and mass concrete all as directed.

M & L for reinforcement cement concrete 1:2:4, type B1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) in Walls, retaining walls, basement walls, ballast walls and the like; any thickness; above top of footings; including attached pilaster and buttresses etc., complete as directed.

M & L for cement concrete 1:3:6 mix, type C1 (using 20mm stone aggregate) as in coping etc. complete as specified and as directed.

M & L for mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips.

M&L for TMT bars 5 mm dia and over upto and including 10 mm dia in stirrups, spece and binder spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips

Used & waste Formwork to sides of concrete foundations, footings, bases of columns, raft and raft beams, sides and soffits (if any) of foundation and plinth beams; and similar work; vertical or to batter etc., all as directed.

Used & waste form work to sides of pillars, posts, struts, piers, columns and stanchions of rough finished surface of concrete for square or rectangular or polygonal shape all as specified.

Used & waste form work to sides and soffits of of beam/ lintels surface of concrete for square or rectangular or polygonal shape all as specified.

S & F for framed work such as grills, gratings, etc.. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; frame work of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repairs galvanised 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. as directed (each line wire to be measured)

M & L for Brick work with sub class ‘B’ bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius built in CM 1:6

M & L for broken glass coping in 25 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:3 on top of walls all as specified and directed.

M & L for Rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces of wall in cement mortar 1:6 for finished even and fair (without using extra cement) complete as specified and as directed.

M & L for preparation of new steel or iron surface of any description, over 10 cm in width or girth,not otherwise described and applying two coates of synthetic enamel paint over coat of red oxide primer all as specified.

M & L for preparation of new plastered surfaces and applying two coats of cement base paint over one coat of primer maching to existing of wall surface.

M & L for reinforcement cement concrete 1:2:4, type B1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) in columns, pillars, piers, posts and struts etc., complete as directed.

M&L cement concrete type D2 1:4:8(using 40mm graded aggregate) in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete as specified and as directed.

M & L for reinforcement cement concrete 1:2:4, type B1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) in Beams, cantilevers, bressummers, lintels over 1.5m span etc., complete as specified and as directed.

M & L for preparation of new plastered surfaces and and applying three coats of white wash matching to existing of wall surface.

M&L cement concrete in surface channels and drains type D2 1:4:8(using 40 mm graded aggregate)

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 40cm inner girth in cement concrete, using exrtra cement, incl forms, moulds etc

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30cm inner girth in cement concrete, using exrtra cement, incl forms, moulds etc

M&L Reinforced concrete pipes 300mm dia, class NP2, laid & jointed complete with collars complete as specified and as directed.

M&L cement Concrete type C-2 1:3:6(using 20mm graded aggregate)bed to drain pipes including packing under, & completely surrounding pipes with concrete after they are laid & tested

Returning filling in including spreading levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25cm thick with useful soil.

Removing excavated material in soil not exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5m above the starting point.
