Operation of different Capacities of microprocessor based Centralized AC Plants ,Water Cooled Package airconditioning units & ductable air cooled split AC uints etc installed at Patna Airport by engaging manpower in three shifts on all days i/c sundays & holidays as per detailed specifications, terms & conditions covered under this contract.

For Two Years(2022-24)

All-inclusive Comprehensive maintenance of following Capacity microprocessor based centralized AC Plants comprising of all machineries, equipments installed in the A/C plant Room i/c Cooling Tower, AHU's, electrical control panel, PCB, fan motor, compressors, starters etc. with arresting of leakage, toping up of refrigerant ,insulation, spares parts, lubrication, rewinding/ replacing of all type of motors, valves/strainer and electrical components etc to keep the air-conditioning units in serviceable condition all the time. 2x60 TR (Make:Batliboi)

All-inclusive Comprehensive maintenance of VRV AC units(Make:Daikin) and comprising of all machineries of various capacities ceiling mounted cassette type indoor & vertical standing outdoor units, equipments installed in Terminal Building i/c replacement of required accessories i.e compressor, fan motor,heat exchanger, PCB, magnetic switch,transformer,remote control,sensor,Air Filters,valves,thermistor,condensor & evaporator coils and electrical components etc. along with arresting of leakage, refrigerant gas charging ,attending the breakdown to keep in seviceable condition all the time.(Note:Total capacities of outdoor of VRV AC unit is 210 HP)

All-inclusive Comprehensive Maintenance of the all type capacity & makes of S.S. body water cooler inbuilt Reverse Osmosis(RO)+UV water purifier having storage capacity up to 80 Litres & cooling capacity up to 60 litres per hour installed at different locations of airport including providing/replacing all necessary accessories,consumables,spares,compressors,refrigerant,touchless sensor, taps, all filters & pre-filters etc. as required for dispenser water shall be suitable for drinking including cleaning & making ensure the serviceability all the time etc complete as required

All-inclusive Comprehensive maintenance all type & make duct mounted metallic In-Line fans upto capacity 3000 CFM for exhaust & fresh air of toilets available at different location of Terminal Building i/c replacement of all required accessories such as bearing, bushes, fan blades, regulator etc. i/c rewinding of fan motors, cleaning & making ensure serviceability all the time etc complete as required.

For the Year(2023-24)

Supply & fixing of extra refrigerant copper tubing of suitable size for both suction and discharge along with nitrile/polythene foam insulation for tubing covering and electrical cable of suitable size copper conductor from indoor to outdoor suitable for 1.5 TR to 2.0 TR Air conditioner laying/clamping on surface, chiselling & making good of wall etc connection complete as per requirement of site.

Supply & fixing of extra refrigerant copper tubing of suitable size for both suction and discharge along with nitrile rubber/polythene foam insulation for tubing covering and suitable size copper conductor electrical power and communication cable from indoor to outdoor for 3.0 to 4.5 TR Air conditioner i/c laying/clamping on surface, chiselling & making good of wall etc connection complete as per requirement of site.

Supply and installation of following size hard PVC drain pipe with all accessories like bends, couplers, tees i/c chiselling, making good of wall or laying on surface etc as per site requirement complete as required

Supply, installation, balancing and commissioning of 24G(0.63mm) thick fabricated at the site of Galvanised Sheet Steel (GSS) conforming to IS: 277 in rectangular/round ducting complete with neoprene rubber gaskets, elbows, splitter dampers, vanes, hangers, supports i/c design etc. complete as required as directed by EIC

Supply & fixing of 13 mm thick Class 'Ó' Nitrile rubber Thermal / Acoustic Insulation for the GI duct/pipe with suitable adhesive etc complete as required as directed by EIC.
