Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of following sizes of copper pipe with seamless fittings, flanges, elbows, tees clamps, hanger, saddle, reducer tees, sockets etc duly welded and one coat of red oxide primer and two coats of synthetic enamel paints and soiled drawn seamless deoxidized, non- arsenical, half hard, tempered and degreased as per BS EN 13348:2001 duly supported with manufacturer test certificates for physical properties and chemical composition :- Note :- (i) Copper pipe shall have reputed third party inspection certificate (eg. Llyod's or Kite marked or TUV or SGS). (ii) Fittings shall be made of copper conforming to BS 864 and suitable for working pressure upto 1.7 bar. (iii) All concealed pipe to have gas identification brands/lable at appropriate distance. Supply, fixing, installation and testing of GAS TERMINAL UNIT : Terminal Units (Gas Outlets) with adaptors/probe for oxygen. Matching adaptors to the gas outlet mentioned above i.e. adaptor for oxygen. The terminal units would have following features complete all as specified and directed and conforming to HTM 02-01/EI/ISO/DIN :-

It would be front insertion type.

Terminal unit would have mechanism with check valve.

Allow single hand operation.

On first insertion of probe the probe shall sit in a standby position. At the stage there shall be no gas flow.

Only on pressing the probe second time, the gas supply would start.

They would close automatically when connected apparatus is removed.

For allowing on line maintenance the terminal unit would be equipped with a check valve for all positive pressure gases for closing gas supply whenever the outlet point is opened. Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of outlet point with probe oxygen.

The outlet would be non interchangeable for specific gas and it would accept only correct medical gas adopter/Probe.

It would be color coded as per HTM 2022

The design of this outlet would be compatible to installed vertical on valve horizontally on ICCU panel and area servicing unit and also vertical to fit in pendants.

Supply, fixing, installation and testing of BPC Flowmeter with humidifier bottle would be BPC single type Pipeline Flow Meter unit duly fitted with the fine adjustment valve. Supply, fixing, installation and testing of ISOLATION VALVES (CE certificate/HTM-2022/02-01/DIN/ISO/BS/ENI rated at 400 psig) of following sizes to control the pressure as well as for maintenance quarter turn open at 90-degree ball type valves would be provided. These valves would be of nickel-plated brass body having PTFE seat and inner outer seals. These valves would have stainless steel ball of specific ID clearance so that line pressure would not drop. For installation only PTFE gaskets would be used in between nuts and valve to prevent leakage. Supply, fixing, installation and testing of MEDICAL GAS MONITORING ALARM (AREA-WISE/MAIN) SPECIFICATION: (CE certified/HTN-2022/ 02-01 Standard/DIN/ ISO-certified). Supply, fixing, installation and testing of a Gas failure Alarm would be provided which must be capable of monitoring all the Medical Gases. This alarm would be of ELECTOMECHANCIAL TECHNOLOGY, To detect the fault, pressure sensors, which detect deviation from the normal operating limits, would be installed.
