Providing Arangements of tents, Chairs, Sand bag platforms and dust filling on the occasion of Ganesh Nimajjanam during the year 2026 ( 14-09-2026 to 26-09-2026)

supply and delivery of 18 " x 36" Tent on hire basis including labour charges etc complete and as directed by the departmental officer inchage of the work

supply and delivery of 18 " x 24" Tent on hire basis including labour charges etc complete and as directed by the departmental officer inchage of the work

supply and delivery of chairs without hands on hire basis including labour charges etc complete and as directed by the departmental officer inchage of the work

supply and delivery of steel tables cloth on hire basis including labour charges etc complete and as directed by the departmental officer inchage of the work

supply and delivery of stages on hire basis including labour charges etc complete and as directed by the departmental officer inchage of the work

Collection , Supply and spreading of HBG chips below 2.36 in layers and temping, watering including all meterials and all lahour charge etc complete as directed by the departmental authorities.

Laying Sand Bags in the stipulated places including cost of empty cement bag, sand, thread, stiching charges and labour charges with 13.615 % overhead charges and contractors profits. (sand rate for filling is considered) Note: During the emergency conditions such as floods and other natural calamities, the above rate is allowed to enhance by 25% for 1st warning level and above, keeping in view of the difficulty in availability of labour and vehicles etc complete as directed by the departmental authorities.

1) Provision for GST @18%
