Excavating over areas, n exc 1.5 m deep and getting ou hard/ dense soil, complete all as specified

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm in hard/dense soil, complete all as specified

M & L for removing excavated material (soils), exc. 250 m but n exc. 500 m and depositing where directed, complete all as specified

M & L for hardcore of broken stone or boulders gauge n exc. 63mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc. 15cm thick, watered and remmed to a true surface, complete all as specified

M & L for sand filling in floors or pavings, laid in layers n exc. 15cm thick, spread, levelled and rammed including watering , complete all as specified & directed by E-I-C.

Demolition, Cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and as directed by EIC.

Removing building materials etc., (other than spoil payable under items 03028 to 03031 in section-3-Earthwork) to a distance of 500m or under beyond the lead included in the rates, including loading, unloading and stacking at the destination etc. complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge

M & L for PCC 1:4:8 Type D2 using 40mm graded aggregate as in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed by EIC.

M & L for RCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded aggregate in foundations, including rafts, footings, foundation beams; plinth beams; bases for columns, etc.; basement slabs, under reamed piles and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for precast cement concrete type B1, 1:2:4 (20mm graded aggregate ) solid building blocks or slabs 10cm thick (with plain or inter-locking joints as directed) setting in cement mortar 1:4 complete in all respect.

M & L for formwork to sides of concrete foundations, footings, bases of columns, raft and beams, sides and soffits (if any) of foundation and plinth beams , and similar work, vertical or to batter, work in rough finished flat surfaces of concrete complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge

M & L for taking down cement or cement lime plaster of any description on brick or stone walls etc including ranking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and as directed by the EIC.

M & L for rendering 15mm thick in cement plaster 1:4 on the fair faces of brick work or cocrete surfaces complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge

M & L for mild steel deformed or twisted bars of 10mm and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and as directed by EIC.

M&L for Acid resistant tiles 15 mm thick in any size ( Except tiles ) vitreous ceramic, unglazed, set, jointed and pointed in chemical resistant mortar, resin type, in floors complete all as specified & directed by EIC.

Taking down bitumen mastic of any thickness and in any situation/position as directed by E-I-C.

Dismantling of AR bricks or tiles ( laid flat or on edge ) in floor, channel, kerb, apron etc. ( each layer ) laid bedded & pointed in any mortar in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified & directed by the E-I-C.

M&L for 25mm thick acid / alkali resistance tiles of approved make and colour using acid / alkali resisting mortar ( 1 acid proof cement : 4 coarse sand ) in floor bedding, dado and joints filled with acid / alkali resisting cement as per IS : 4457 complete as specified & direction of EIC

Mat. & Laying bitumen mastic antistatic flooring and skirting 25 mm thick with matt finish in floor confirming to IS - 8374 (1977 ), floor- skirting joint should be rounded, IS - 1195 ( 2002 ) and IS - 1196 (1978 reafferiming 2001), with application of bitumen primer and 32 gauge brass strip 25 mm wide laid @ 300 mm C/C both way and fixed with brass screw and grits including testing of floor for electric resistivity in between 50x10 ³ ohms 2X10 ⁶ ohms etc. all as specified and directed by EIC.

Mat. & Laying bitumen mastic flooring/ skirting 25 mm thick with matt finish with application of bitumen primer etc. all as specified and directed by EIC.
