Excavation in foundation trenches etc. in earth work lift up to 1.5 mtrs. Stacking the excavated soil not more than 3 metres away from the edge of excavation and then returning the stacked soil in 15 cm layers when required in to plinth and sides of foundations, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming, watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated earth as directed with in a lead of 20 metres in pick jumper work as per the direction of Engineer-in Charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 Cement :3 Sand 6 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size)and curing complete excluding the cost of form work in foundation and plinth including all carriage of materials upto all leads and lifts complete in all respects.

Reinforced cement concrete work in walls (any thickness), including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses, fillets, columns, pillars, piers, abutments, posts and struts etc. above plinth level up to floor five level, excluding cost of centering, huttering, finishing and reinforcement 1:15:3 (1 cement 1.5 coarse sand) 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm in all leads and lifts.

Reinforced cement concrete work in beams suspended floors, roofs having slope up to 15 landings, balconies, shelves, chajjas, lintels bands, plain window sills, staircases and spir stair cases above plinth level up to floor five leve excluding the cost of entering, shuttering, finishi and reinforcement, with 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : coarse sand): 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) in all leads and lifts.

Providing and laying Tor steel reinforcement for RCC work including bending, binding & placing in position complete upto floor two level including cost of binding wire with in all leads and lifts as per the entire satisfaction & direction of the Engineer - in - Charge.

Stone work on plain Ashlar Cyclopean in superstructure upto floor two level including pointing with cement mortar 1:2 (1) cement:2 sand) in:-Cement Mortar 1:6 (1 cement: 6 sand) in all leads and lifts.

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15 mm thick welded with angle iron in frame 30x30x5mm so as to give a rough finish including centering shuttering strutting and propping etc. height of propping and centering below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4 mtrs. and removal of the same for in situ reinforced concrete and plain concrete work including all leads and lifts

Vertical surfaces such as walls (any thickness) portions and the like including attached pilaster buttresses plinth and string course and the like in all leads and lifts..

Flat surfaces such as soffits of suspended floors, roofs landings and the like: floors etc. up to 200 mm in thickness in all leads and lifts..

Stone tile (polished) work for wall lining over 12 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand) and cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/sqm including pointing in white cement complete. Granite of any colour and shade in all leads and lifts.

Providing and fixing 0.60mm thick prepainted steel sheet in roofing with hot dipped metallic zinc coated sheet with top coat of regular modified polyster (RNP) organic coating of 20 microns over 5 microns primer coating to back coat of polyster of 5 microns over 5 microns primer coating i/c fixing with prepainted iron J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 6mm dia metre with prepainted limpet and rubber washers complete with all accesoriees as required as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing bib cock long nozzle within all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer in Charge.

Providing and fixing waste water pipe within all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer in Charge.

Laying, jointing and testing of GMS tube in trenches (light grade) of following dia meter including providing and fixing tube fitting such as bends, tees, air valves, unions and collars etc. including carraige of GI pipes as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge (earth work in trenches to be measured and paid for separately) in all leads and lifts

Installation testing and commissioning of stainless steel storage tank of capacity 1000 liters within all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer in Charge.

Steel work welded in built up sections/ framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required: In gratings, frames, guard bar, ladder, railings, brackets, gates and similar works.
