Urgent mechanical work to be carried out at various lift irrigation schemes of MISD Baramulla.

Amount

a) Repairs to 250mmmm dia. sluice valve of lift irrigation scheme Darpora of two pumping units by way of:- a. Mechanical transportation, loading, unloading and handling of damaged spindle , wedge nut with weight plate of 250 mm dia. sluice valves of lift irrigation Scheme Darpora from site to workshop for repairs with the help of skilled labour in private load carrier . b. Dismantling of damaged spindle & wedge nut with weight plate of two pumping units with the help of skilled labour, other tools & tackles. c. . Fabrication of new SS spindle with proper threading & wedge nut by way of machining process with the help of skilled labour for one pumping units. d. Fabrication of new SS wedge nut and repairment of weight plate by way of welding work with the help of skilled labour for second pumping units. e. Providing of nuts & bolts of M.S for scheme five kg as per sample f. Providing and fitting of 300 mm dia. washer of leather type as per sample four no for suction side pipe. g. The job also includes the charge of palmetto packing five kg for scheme, R.I cloth four kg etc. for the completion of work. h. Shifted back from workshop to site after proper manufacturing/ repairment in private load carrier, fitted material properly in valves and tested on full load.

Repairs to 200 mm dia. M.S foot valve unit no.02 of lift irrigation scheme Zehanpora installed on suction side by way of extraction of foot valve from their installed position with the help of skilled labour, then shifting it to loading site, then loaded in private load carrier to workshop for repair work. The job includes the charge for repair hinges, replacement of weight plate with new one, welding to damaged area by way of welding /patching etc. for the completion of work. The job also includes the charge for p/f of new washers, nuts& bolts, repairs to strainer by way of replacement of damaged square bar with new ones wherever required for the completion of work. After proper repair at workshop, shifting it to site in private vehicle fitted it properly and tested on full load. The job also includes the charge for The pipe shall be provided with two coats of anti-corrosive paint.
