Annual Maintenance Plan for the year 2026-27 on Sidhyani to Patha road KM 0/0 to 4/0

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with smooth wheel roller 80-100 kN in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, stone screening to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density Grading 3 as Technical Specification Clause per 405 including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts complete in all respect as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion (SS-1) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70-1.0 kg/sqm using mechanical means as per techanical sepcification clause 502 including carriage of material with in all leads and lifts and other incidental complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion (RS-1) using emulsion distributor @ 0.25 to 0.30kg/sqm (at the rate of zero point two five to zero point three zero kilogramme per square metre) on the prepared dry and hungry bituminous surface cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per technical specification clause 503 including carriage of material with in all leads and lifts and other incidental complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying bituminous macadam with 100-120 TPH hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of grading as per Table 500.4 premixed with bituminous binder, transported to site upto all leads laid over a previously prepared surface with paver finisher to the required grade, level and alignment and rolled to achieve the desired compaction as per Technical Specification MORD Clause 504, to achieve the desired compaction including carriage of material with in all leads, lifts and other incidental charges and as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying 30mm (thirty millimetre) thick single layer bituminous concrete with 100-120 ( one hundred to one hundred twenty) TPH batch type HMP producing an average output of 75 (seventy five) tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder (VG-30) @ 5.4 to 5.6 (five point four to five point six) per cent of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoRT&H specification clause No. 509 complete in all respects including carriage of material with in all leads, lifts and other incidental as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and Laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound road marking paint 2.5mm (two decimal five millimetre) thick with refletorising glass beads at the rate 250 gram (two hundred fifty) gram per square metre area, thickness of 2.5mm (two decimal five millimetre) is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per specificaiton and with strips of 0.10 (Zero decimal one) metre width in centre lines or edge lines of the road as per the drawing and MORTH specification clause 803 and as per directions of Engineer-In-Charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals.
