ARMO of E and M Installation at Calicut International Airport_ SH_ Comprehensive Maintenance Contract for Fire Alarm and Gas Suppression System at Calicut International Airport during 2026_28

Comprehensive maintenance of Fire Alarm System and day to day operation & maintenance of fire alarm panel at the New International Arrival building,ITB ,DTB departure,Domestic Arrival and all NAVAIDs (Glide Path 10 & 28, Localizer 10 &28, DVOR and Technical Block detailed in the inventory list consisting of Fire Loop, Addressable and Conventional Fire Alarm Panel,Gas suppression system, Gas Release Panel, Fire Alarm Repeater Panel, Photo Electric Smoke Detectors, Multi detectors, Heat detectors, Beam Detector, Manual Call Point, Response Indicator, Fault Isolator, Hooter / Sounder, Control Relay Module, Monitor Module etc. as complete, by monthly servicing and attending breakdown repairs including replacement of defective component/devices, Corrections, re-installation, repair, replacement, modification, programming of PC if any, device configuration and ID assigning, firmware configuration, Panel including batteries, Auto dialler etc. complete as and when required, through specialist agency/ OEM/ manufacturer whenever required, also deploying one no. semi skiled manpower at all days including Sundays and holidays etc. ( Service for one month = 1 JOB) Two shift operations (A & B) on all days including Sundays and holidays by deploying 3 nos manpower.

Supply, Installation, Testing & commissioning of UL / EN listed (latest version) intelligent addressable multi criteria detector {Smoke + heat } with inbuilt fault isolator / isolator base and with unique optical sensing chamber, visible LED, fully coated circuit board, superior RF / Transient protection suitable for 2 wires loop connection, complete with plug into common separate base & housing constructed of LEXAN (or polycarbonate) complete with connections etc. as required and to be installed below / above false ceiling roof and concealed space and as per enclosed specifications ,complete as required. (Cost of plug in common base shall deemed to be included in cost of detectors). The item shall be suitable for integration to Edwards EST fire alarm control panel.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of ceiling mounted addressable, intelligent type rate of rise cum fixed temp type heat detectors/fixed temp. heat detector including all accessories and parts necessary for completing the installation as per specifications and reprogramming the existing fire control panel ( Honeywell Notifier) to incorporate the newly added detectors to the loop and panel, as required( Make : Model as per approved make, compatible with existing fire alarm panel)

Filling of NOVEC™1230, HFC gas or any FK-5-1-12 agent in the existing seamless storage cylinder of 34 Litre capacity complete as required as per quantity given below, including filling up to nitrogen gas to maintain the cylinder system pressure of 25bar @ 21deg Celsius, including transportation of the cylinder and bringing back to Calicut Intl, Airport as required.
