Schedule'A' Part-I: B&R works

M& L for Roughening surfaces of old concrete surfaces by picking sweeping, cleaning and washing down with water to remove dust etc including taking down tarfelt and brushing neat cement slurry @ 3 Kg/Sqm of cement mixed with liquid type water proofing compound on dry concrete surfaces including 20mm thick screed bed in CM 1:3 and mixed with liquid water proofing compound incl preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and directed. (Note: water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately )

Supply of liquid integral water proofing compound Make : Dr fixit LW+

M&L for water proofing treatment to RCC roof slab incl parapet comprising with the following course of treatment/specifications from bottom to top (a) Applying bituminous primer @100 gms per Sqm over plastered surfaces of roof incl parapet surfaces. ( Make Tank Mastic of STP Ltd or EMUFALTE of Texsa ltd/IWL India Ltd) (b) One layer of APP based polymeric membrane of approved manufacturer , 3mm thick, weight not less than 3.6 Kgs per Sqm, reinforced with non woven polyester fabric or weight not less than 150 gram per Sqm.Polymeric membrane shall taken to a high 60cm(minimum) and then inserted inside the groove of parapet wall and shall be done by torch on method or as per manufacture instructions (ii) A minimum over lap of 100mm and75mm should be made in the end and sides of the polymeric membrane respectively and sealed all overlap and joints as manufactures instructions.(iii) The make of polymeric membrane shall be SUPER THERMOLY OF STP Ltd or MOPLY FP OF Texsa India Ltd /IWL India Ltd (c) Applying two coat of bituminous aluminium paint on top of APP membrane.

Demolition of cement concrete (un reinforced) floors (other than ground floors)and similar suspended work all as specified and directed.

M&L for screed bed 15mm thick on concrete surface in cement mortar 1:3 Mixed with Dr fixit LW 200ml/50Kg cement and finished the surface over 25mm thick PCC levelling course (1:2:4) type 12.5mm graded stone aggregate while concrete is green(over first floor) all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc but excluding ashlars facing dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down of cement plaster of any description on brick or stone walls etc including raking out joints, hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc.

M&L Brickwork with sub class ‘B’ bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in CM 1: 4 all as specified and directed

M & L brick work with sub class 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan to any radius in half thick walls built in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick cement plaster in CM 1:4 on fair face of brick wall finished fair and even using liquid water proofing compound as per manufacturer's instruction on external surfaces complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Liquid water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately.

M&L for rendering 10mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in CM 1:6 finishing the surface smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 10mm thick on ceiling concrete surface using mortar 1:3 mixed with liquid water proofing compound as per manufacturer's instruction and finished surface even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified and directed. Note : Liquid water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately.

Taking up or down 15mm size steel tubing and connections, including cleaning for refixing or removal to store all as specified and directed

S&F in repair vitreous china wash basin, white flat back size 450X300mm including brackets, cutting for and pinning in ends of brackets or erecting stand incl 15mm bore pillar tap fancy type cast copper alloy, with captain heads, chromium plated & sheet glass shelf assembly consisting of 5.5mm glass shelf 12cm wide with chromium bracket guard and railing 60cm long complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair squatting pan WC Orissa pattern size 630 x 450 mm white with integral for rest with P or S trap incl provn of lime concrete bedding incl breaking up existing damaged WC seat and connecting flush pipe etc and make good to floor complete all as specified.

S&F in repair 40mm bore pipe low density polyethylene pipes (LDPE) of pressure rating 6Kgf/cm2 fixed complete to walls, ceiling or in floors etc all as specified and directed.

S & F in repair Towel Rail 600mm long of PTMT fixed with and including Chromium plated brass screws and wooden/plastic cleats .(Minimum weight 190gms)

S&F in repairs, brass chromium plated shower rose 125mm size all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of floor or hearth wall tiles including cement mortar bedding but not backing all as specified and directed.

M&L for non skid ceramic coloured tiles (Joint free)7 to 8 mm thick ( Square/rectangular) area of each tile exc 0.11Sqm but not exc 0.18 sqm in 1st quality provided as in floor set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the surface over cement screed bed 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 base complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for glazed and coloured ceramic joint free tiles (300X400mm) 7mm thick, finish as in vertical surfaces set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match including 10mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar 1:3 all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs to figured glass pin type in squares N.Exc 0.50 Sqm in each panel, 4mm thickness all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair to mild steel galvanised wire cloth 0.56mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.18and fixed with pinned tacks or staples complete all as specified and directed.

S&F towel rail 600mm long of CP fixed with and included chromium plated brass screws and wooden/plastic cleats ( minimum wt 190gms)

M&L for applying one coat of oil bound distemper over a coat of primer on old plastered surfaces of wall complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying two coat of oil bound distemper over one coat of primer on old plastered surfaces of wall including removal of existing treatment complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying of 3mm thick wall care putty for smooth finishing all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying two coat of oil bound distemper over coat of primer on new plastered surfaces of wall complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old plastered surfaces of ceiling and applying one coat white wash all as specified and directed.

Preparation of old treated surfaces ( Plastered or unplastered) of walls cornices etc brooming down or steel wire brushing scrapping down smoke soot moulds, moss efflorescence salts treating oil and greasy spots etc and applying two coat of lime white wash complete all as specified and directed.

M&L applying One coats of weather coat on plastered surfaces of wall including removal of existing treatment and preparation of old decorated surfaces to receive paint complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Make Nerolac (Excel) & Asian (Apex).

M&L for preparation of old wooden surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint all specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old steel surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint all specified and directed.
