Structure audit of Main Gate (G + 1), MET Laboratory, Gombuj Ghar, CDD, EDP, EO & Rajbhasha (G+ 1),Main Office (G+1), Accounts, ITC and GS (G+1), Assembly Section, Tool Room, SC section, Hardening Section, Barrel Section, LC Section, HTN Section, Perimeter Wall (North side), Perimeter Wall (South side), EM Section and Rifle Deposit (G+1), MS Section, Primary school (G+1), RFI High School (G+1), Ishapore Club and School under RFI Ishapore consisting of following activities:- Note: Mobilization/demobilization charges for transportation of all men and machineries/equipment for conducting the survey work shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate of the item and nothing extra shall be paid on this account.

Contd/___item No 1.01 (a) Making as-built architectural drawing and structural framing plans by carrying out site survey. (b) Carrying out detailed visual observations and document all kind of distresses related to cracks, seepages, deflections, physical damage etc. In the form of mark-up drawings and photographs. (c) Assessing the foundation details by carrying out excavation upto foundation levels at sample locations, wherever required.

Contd/___item No 1.01 (d) Carrying out sample as well as specific non-destructive testing of concrete and steel structural elements by using applicable tests including rebound hammer tests, Ultrasonic Pulse Velocity tests, Core tests, Ultrasonic thickness test on steel etc. Theoretical study: (a) Preparing analytical computer model based on the as-built framing plans prepared and anlysing the same for all the expected loading as per the latest Indian standard codes for wind and earthquakes loading, as well as the expected functional loading. (b) Based on the analysis results, checking the adequacy by comparing the Demand and Capacity of all the structural members. (c) Preparing new conceptual plans based on the users requirement as well as lighting, ventilation and fire safety requirements as per latest NBC norms.

Contd/___item No 1.01 (d) Incorporating the required provisions to the maximum extent possible so as to fulfil various energy efficiency parameters complying to GRIHA requirements for Green building certification. (e) Discussion with the clients as well as user departments and finalizing the plans for incorporation in Detailed Project Report Detailed Project Report (DPR): (a) As-built drawing (b) Documents of distresses (c) Analysis of test results (d) Inferences of theoretical study and our remarks regarding structural stability of the buildings (e) Recommendations of remedial repair/rehabilitation/retrofitting/strengthening measures along with technical specification (f) Modernisation/ Renovation scheme drawings along with related technical specifications
