Supply install testing and commissioning of three phase Monoblock/Centrifugal pump set, flow rate minimum 4000 LPM at 8 Metre Head, suction and delivery of size 150 mm including suitable size steel base frame, suitable size PCC plate form and suitable GI Sheet protection covering for Pump complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing Steel Water Tubing of size 150 mm Heavy Duty Galvanised ISI marked with welding including all fittings like elbow, tee, flange, taper, nut, bolt, gasket etc fixed on walls/floors/roof/in ground etc including fixing with clamps on wall for the wet riser including painting in red colour with approved two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of etch primer all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix ball type CI Foot Valve 150 mm size conforming to IS 4038 complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix 150mm bore cast iron Non Return valve with bypass arrangement complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Fix 150 mm dia horizontal type Sluice Valve both end Flanged of approved quality conforming to PN 1.6 with bolts, nuts, washers, 3mm thick insertion rubber gaskets complete all as specified and as directed

Supply and Fix framed work such as grills, gratings, etc. with ends of bars shouldered and / or riveted or forged into spikes , framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters ,walk ways , railings , framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Grade-E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 600X600X6mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metres deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 metres below normal ground level, connected to galvanised iron strip 25X4mm as earthing lead by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 connected to earthing test point complete all as specified or indicated including testing on completion.

Supply and laying cable Underground XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded with galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, 1100 volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 25 Sqmm 4 core through medium grade PVC coudiut of suitable size including all required accessories fixed with clamp & screw complete including cutting chases and making good as per existing surface complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 metre wide and not exceeding 1.5 metre depth for foundation etc, or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc not exceeding 10 Sqm on plan and not exceeding 1.5m in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Returning and filling of soil including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Removing excavated soil to a distance not exceeding 50 metre and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 metre above the starting point complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for filling dry sand as cushioning for underground cables complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for common burnt clay bricks sub-class 'B' designation of size 230X115X75mm for protection of cable complete all as specified and directed

Supply and lay in repair GI tubing light grade 50 mm dia as in cable protection laid in trenches, wall/floors & supporting of underground cable suspended in air where necessary etc, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & Fix Rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks 250 Litre (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & Fix in replacement of 25 mm dia, high pressure CPVC pipes SDR-11 & plain CPVC SDR 11 fittings including all necessary fittings, solvents, laying on walls/ceiling or in floors complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing 25 mm bore CPVC Ball valves Suitable for CPVC pipe with necessary fittings complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing 25 mm bore CPVC float valves suitable for CPVC pipe with necessary fittings complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floors and paving not exceeding 15cm thickness complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & Labour for 40mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) as in Sub base of floor with water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for 450x300x7/300x200x7 mm thick glazed coloured ceramic tiles as in dado including 10mm thick backing coat in CM 1:4 etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement with pigment complete all as specified.

Supply only Liquid integral Water proofing Compound.

Taking down cement plaster in any description including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc. complete all as specified.

Material & Labour for Rendering 10 mm thick in cement mortar 1:3 on fair faces of brick work finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified.

Material & Labour for steel work of Fe 410-W (Grade E- 250) quality A Joist, channel, angle, or tee sections, fixed independently, without connecting plates, etc. (cut to ordinary lengths i.e. within 20mm of the length indicated) complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & Fix PVC Coated fabric wire mesh of aperture 15mm x15mm and thickness 2mm Complete all as specified.

Material & Labour for painting with two coats on steel and iron surfaces of any description with synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide on new or previously untreated surfaces exceeding 10 cm width or girth including preparation of surface complete all as specified.

Surface excavation not exceeding 30cm deep and averaging 15cm deep and getting out hard and dense soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & Labour for hardcore exceeding 63 mm deposited, spread and leveled in layers not exceeding 15 cm thick, watering and rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for 75 mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40mm stone aggregate as in sub base of floor complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & Labour for chequered tiles 300X300X20mm with pigment over 20mm screed bed of CM 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer -in charge.

Material & Labour for providing cement concrete in roof kerbs or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges of grade 1:2:4 type B1 as on edge of path complete all as specified.

Amount of Credit Schedule shall be deducted to arrive the Contract Sum.
