M&L for repair to pillar taps, of any description or size for stopping leakage of water by changing washers, spindle/nut bolt etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for repairs to low level flushing cistern including changing of syphon, washers, handles, float valves, stopping leakage of Down pipe by applying m-seal, providing flush tank cover if missing and other related works of to make the flushing cistern functional complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for repairs to joinerys works, such as removal of door/window shutter with easing/adjusting of door, and refixing with different opening including repairs of wire mesh, cub board shutters, iron mongerys, any type of carpentery works etc properly closing/opening , tightening of hinges or changing the position of hinges, adjustement of tower bolts sliding bolt etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for repairs to plaster, floor, plinth etc and like by PCC 1:2:4 Type B-0 not exc 75mm thick and plaster in CM 1:4 including preparing rounghening and cleaning the surface, and neat cement slurry as required making good, finishing even and smooth without using extra cement in patches area n exc 0.50 Sqm in plan each patch and removal of rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for petty repairs/ refixing of wall tiles, floor tiles, skirting, dado, kota stone , granite stone, RCC Jali, window cill, door jambs, ceiling plaster, fixing of EWC and IWC and neat cement slurry as required making good, finishing even and smooth without using extra cement in patches area n exc 1.00 Sqm each patch plaster, floor, plinth etc and like by PCC 1:2:4 Type B0 n exc 75mm thick and plaster in CM 1:4 incl preparing roungening and cleaning the surface, and removal of rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for petty repair of false ceiling by removing of gypsum board and snap grid and fixing 6mm dia hanger and refixing with repair all damaged wires and snap grid complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for petty repair of steel windows by welding and fixing of hinges, openable/closable condition with oil/greasing etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down chowkhats or frames with shutters (without taking off shutter from the frame) of size n.exc 1.50 Sqm and removing from site complete all as specified and directed.
