Annual Maintenance Contract for Air conditioning Maintenance of HEMMs at Nalco Mines Damanjodi.

Amount

Charging of AC refrigerant: The job involves supply of refrigerant by the party, leakage testing, arresting minor leakages and full charging of refrigerant (Minimum 1.5 Litres) in the equipment.

Health inspection & preventive maintenance: The job includes rectification of problems of AC like filter cleaning, belt checking for tightness, blower cleaning, tightness and attending leakage of hoses, condenser cleaning, tightening of all foundation bolts etc..

Rectification of Electrical Faults: The job includes rectification of electrical wiring, replacement of switches, replacement of blower, sensors and/or all electrical items per equipment. Required electrical items supply in NALCO scope.

Replacement of defective or leaking hoses. Required hoses supply in NALCO scope.

Replacement of condenser: New or repaired condenser will be supplied by Nalco.

Replacement of new / repaired compressor: New/old Compressor will be supplied by Nalco for replacement. The job includes minor repair of old compressor with supply of minor spares by the party.

Top up of refrigerant: The job includes refrigerant supply by the party, the refrigerant top up as per the requirement (one topup is upto minimum 100 gms of coolant R-134/equivalent).
