Dismantling of AC/ translucent sheet (corrugated or semi corrugated etc) including AC ridges as in roof covering complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F for 6 mm thick asbestos cement corrugated sheet fixed with ‘L’ type or ‘J’ type or cranked hook bolts complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per ser Item No 02 here-in - before but except sheeting complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Asbestos cement corrugated sheet obtained from item No. 01 of BOQ here-in -before.

S&F in repair asbestos cement two piece adjustable serrated ridge 6mm thick for corrugated or semi corrugated sheet complete all as specified and as directed

S&F for 1.4mm thick Fibre glass reinforced translucent corrugated sheeting in roof, walls etc with two corrugation side lap fixed with L- type or J-type or cranked hook bolts etc complete all as specified .

Dismantling of plain or corrugated steel sheeting (including ridge) any gauge, thickness roof coverings complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Pre- painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Pre- painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of a colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in ridge, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for roof trusses (framed), trussed, purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (Beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats etc., and welding counter sunk for holes and necessary gusset plates etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-410-W (Gde E-250 quality A) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M &L for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling wall and ceiling board of any description or any thickness complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of wooden scantling 40 Sq.cm and over in section in any position as in unframed work complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of wooden fillets, rails, posts, rafters,purlins, etc. under 40 sq. cm in section as in unframed work complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for second class hard wood in scantling clean sawn, timber framed & fixed complete all as specified and directed.

S & F second class hard wood plain, fillets, square, rectangular or triangular in section clean sawn, secured with nails of sectional area exceeding 06 Sq cm but not exceeding 13 Sq cm complete as specified and as directed.

S&F 2nd class hardwood plain fillets, square, rectangular or rectangular in section, clean sawn secured with nails sectional area exceeding 13 Sqcm but not exceeding 25 Sq.cm complete all as specified & directed.

S&F for providing aluminium snap Grid frame work for false ceiling with of size 605X605 mm using Main and cross tee of size 36.5mm X25mm X1.4mm,weighing 0.24 kg/RM and 23.5mmX26.4mmX1.4mm weighing 0.191Kg/RM respectively. the snap grid shall be supported at end all along the wall with aluminium anodised angle of size 40mmX25mmX2mm weighing 0.36Kg/RM. The snap grid shall be fixed to ceiling supporting hangers consisting of 2mm dia GI wire, J bolts, nuts and washers as per manufacturer's instructions complete all as specified and directed.

S &F 4mm thick Non asbestos fibre cement building board fixed in ceiling flat or slopping or laid/inserted to timber /GI/Aluminium frame work with screw complete all as spcified and directed.

M&L for 4 mm thick Asbestos cement plain building boards,fixed to existing timber frame work with screw grid, fixed in ceiling, flat or slopping complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Preparation of new asbestos cement plain building board in ceiling surfaces and applying two coats of oil bound distemper (OBD) complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) in ground floors and paving not exceeding 15 cm thickness (above or below GL) including removal of all rubbish off from the site complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc. including removal of all rubbish off from the site complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with sub class ‘B’ bricks (old size) straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 mtr mean radius built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No 24 here in above but except bricks. Note : Bricks obtained from item No. 23 of BOQ here-in -before.

M & L 15mm thick rendering other than fair faces of brick work/concrete surface in CM (1:4) surface finished even & fair without using extra cement mixed with water proofing compound as per manufacture instructions complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid seperately under respective item of BOQ.

M&L, applying three coats of white wash on wall surface including preparation of newly plastered surfaces of wall complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:3:6, type C-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in kerb/benching/copings including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angle and throating including use & waste of necessary form work etc complete all as specified and directed

M&L for 25 mm thick PCC 1:2:4, type B-0 (12.5 mm graded crushed stone aggregate ) as in padding of RCC roof including finished cement concrete surface even and smooth w/o using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only liquid integral water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster at any position including raking out joints, hacking for key and scrubbing down with water and removal of rubbish off from site complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M& L for rendering 15mm thick on brick or concrete surface in Cement mortar 1:4, finishing surface even and smooth without using extra Cement complete all as directed and specified.

M&L for Preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls using sand paper and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of cement base primer complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of new wooden surface of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coat synthetic enamel paint over a coat pink primer complete all as specified & directed.
