The bidder should be a company registered under Indian Companies Act, 2013 or LLP under LLP Act 2008 or Partnership firm or Proprietorship firm.

Bidder should have completed minimum 200 energy audits cumulatively during the last five years with average work value of Rs. 1.25 Crores. Without experience, the offer shall be rejected. Bidder is required to submit the documentary proof like copy of work order(s) and completion report(s).

The bidder should be in profit in last two years out of three financial years i.e., 2022-23 & 2023-24 & 2024-25.

The bidder should have average annual financial turnover of Rs. 1.25 Crores during the three financial years F.Y. 2022-23 & 2023 24 & 2024-25. The bidder should submit Audited Balance Sheet along with CA Certificate for the turnover verification.

The bidder must be registered under GST Act, Income Tax and other applicable Statutory Law.

The bidder should not be involved in any major litigation that may have an impact of affecting or compromising the delivery of services as required under this contract. (Self-declaration)
