SERVICING AND REPAIRS OF GEYSERS (HEATING APPLIANCES) AT NAVAL PARK, AMZARI PARK, KALYANI, SATVAHANA, VIRBAHU, CIRCARS AREA AND REPAIRS AND MAINTENANCE OF SOLAR WATER HEATER UNDER GE NB VISAKHAPATNAM

Taking down the existing storage type water heater of any capacity of any type and size by disconnecting electric connection, carring out following necessary repair work, tinkering and welding etc. including de-scaling, brushing and thoroughly cleaning the storage tank/inner water tank, removing of hard water deposits, and connected back and re-fixing in orignal position, grounting, testing and commissioning, complete with entire satisfection of Engr-in-Charge:- (a) Checking of all stop cock, pressure release valve, fusible plug etc to ensure free functioning of the parts including Supply and replacement of washer/gasket, nuts etc as required. (b) Inspect overflaw and vent pipes and remove blockages (if any) (c) Checking and rectify earth continuity of the electrical circuits of the geyser and power points (d) Check, maintain and re-fixing thermostat and re-adjust (e) Visual examination of of fusible plugs for its serviceability (f) De-scaling the immersion type heating element and siphon assembly with diluted hydrochloride acid or cear pedette solution (g) Checking of indicator lamp for its serviceability (Note: (i) Spare parts/components of geysers shall be measured and paid seperately as "supply only" under respective items here-in-below. (ii) Any minor parts required for smooth functioning of the geyser shall be provided by the contractor without any extra cost to the Govt. (iii) Painting of geyser shall be measured and paid seperately)

Supply only heating element, 2KW capapcity, AC 230 volts, including rubber gasket complete all as per the existing specifications and as directed.

Supply only heating element, 1.5KW capapcity, AC 230 volts, including rubber gasket complete all as per the existing specifications and as directed.

Supply only heating element, 2KW capapcity, AC 230 volts, BSP 1-1/4, single rod (CMO) model including rubber gasket complete all as per the existing specifications and as directed.

Supply only fusible plug melting at 90 - 100 degrees Centigrade complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only thermostat including rubber/ PVC gasket to be set to a temperature not higher than the range of 70 degree Centigrade suitable for 25 /35/ 50 ltrs capacity Geysers complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only high pressure valve with dead weight suitable for 25/50 ltrs capacity Geysers complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only PVC connecting pipe 18" long with brass adopters for cold water and connecting up with complete for 25 /35/ 50 ltrs capacity Geysers complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only Chromium Plated hot water connection pipe 18" long with brass adopters complete all as specified and as directed

M & L for Repair to 25 Ltr water heater/Gyser cell cover by cutting rusted sheet and replacening with new MS sheet of 18 guage by brazing or welding as required to match existing cell cover including testing for a 3 kg /sqcm pressure, re-assembling and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint (by spraying) over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer complete to whole geyser including preparation of old surfaces after complete removal of existing paint of vertical/horizontal type geysers by scraping with wire brush and emery paper including writing geyser Number etc including taking down and re-fixing in orignal position, testing and commissioning complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per serial item No. 11 above but for geyser of capacity 35-50 Ltrs complete and ditto

S & F In repairs, bottom covers (set of two halves) duly painted made out of Aluminium / MS sheet of 18 SWG suitable for 25/35/50 ltrs capacity Geysers including complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F In repairs, Base assembly complete with inlet, out let, thermostat pipes, drain plug and screws for fixing the element suitable for any make and capacity Geysers complete with nuts, bolts and rubber gasket complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F In repairs, brass non return valve (check valve), 15mm bore with necessary GI specials complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F In repairs brass stop cock, 15mm bore with necessary GI specials complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for repairs to water heater inner vessel including brazing, welding, testing for a pressure of 3kg / Sq.cm., including dismantling and re-assembling the geyser of 25 ltrs capacity complete all as specified and as directed

All as per Serial item No. 16 above but for 35/50 Ltrf capacity geyser complete ditto

S & F in repairs indicator lamp, retangular/round shape, blue/green/red colour suitable for geyser 50/35/25 ltrs capacity complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repairs PVC insulated copper conductor cable 3 crore of size 48/ 0.2 fixed to any capacity geysers as required length complete all as specified and directed

Labour only for rectification of leakages in connecting pipes etc and repairs to minor complaints of any capacity of geysers without taking down the geyser from its existing position complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F in repairs sheet metal enclosure with socket plug top and MCBs having single pole and neutral enclosure with a two pin and earth plug and socket complete with one single pole MCB of capacity 20Amp 240V, B-curve complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F In repairs, AC Plug Top 20 Amps 240 volts, 3 pin complete all as specifed and as directed

S & F in repairs MCB SP 6 to 32 Amps, 240 Volts, C Curve, complete all as specified and as directed (Make : Indo Asian Cat part No. 811122 to 811129 or equivelant of make as perList of manufacturer's)

M & L preparing old painted surfaces of geyser, 25/35/50 Ltrs capacity, vertical/horizontal type, by scrapping or any other means, denting surfaces applying putty, filling cavities with filler and applying single coat spray painting with approved Duco Paint on the body including application of Black Paint on steel frame work and writting MES NO with black paint complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Cleaning and descaling of flat plate collector tubes using descaling chemical and arresting leakages by using Dummy gaskets/hole gas kit, threaded flage/normal flange complete for solar panel suitable of 150/200/300LPD capapcity of solar water heater complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Cleaning and descaling of flat plate collector tubes using descaling chemical and arresting leakages by using Dummy gaskets/hole gas kit, threaded flage/normal flange complete for solar panel suitable of 500LPD capapcity of solar water heater complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repair 50 mm outer dia, PP-R Gate valves (brass insert) as per requirement of the site complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repair 32 mm outer dia, PP-R Gate valves (brass insert) as per requirement of the site complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repairs, 50 mm bore, Ball valves high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated Aluminium rod & high density plastic ball screwed for iron pipe and fixed complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repair Bib taps, medium, cast copper alloy with crutch or butterfly handle screwed down, screwed for iron pipe or brass ferrule of 15mm bore complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing PVC insulated multicore FR PVC sheathed multistranded cable with bright electryltic bare copper conductor for voltage grade upto 1100 volt, heavy duty of size 6 Sqmm 2 core nominal cross sectional area as in service connection with lugs at both ends including taking out old one complete all as specified and directed.
