Maintenance work of H2 coolers A/B(single unit) and C/D (single unit) as per scope at Ann– IIA3( unit 1 to 6)

Maintenance work of Generator air coolers as per scope Ann-IIA3 ( unit 7 to 10)

Maintenance work of Exciter coolers as per scope at Ann .-IIA3. ( unit 1 to 10)

Maintenance work of seal oil coolers A and B as per scope Ann -IIA3 ( Unit – 1 to 6).

Inspection and boxing up of generator bearings bearing by carrying out DP test and measurement of side and top clearance and run out checks. (25 % payment shall be payable for removal of top cover and jacking oil hose replacement and putting the cover back in position) as per scope at Ann-II.A4

Painting : Cleaning of surface by diesel/petrol and then by soap soln. Drying & Painting by enamel paint of reputed make like J&N, Berger, Asian etc. with double coat. Paint is to be procured from authorised dealer. Scope as per Ann-IIA5

Gas cutting . Scope as per Ann-IIA6

Welding. Scope as per Ann-IIA7

Removal and assembly of seal body and seal ring on TS and ES. & obtaining IR value with the oil in charged condition as per scope – Ann-II.B1

Removal & assembly of inner labyrinth ring on TS and ES & obtaining required IR value with the oil in charged condition as per scope – Ann-II.B2

Replacement of old generator bearings with new bearing by carrying out all necessary matching, conducting DP test and measurement of side and top clearance and run out checks. (25% payment shall be payable for removal of top cover, inspection of bearing, and putting the cover back in position) as per scope – Ann-II.B3

Decoupling, alignment and reaming of bolt holes and coupling of generator rotor with LP rotor and achieving the required run out value as per scope – Ann-II.B4

Inspection of exciter bearing, repair of old bearing / replacement of old bearing with new bearing , conducting DP test, carrying out run out check and swing check, checking of bearing and bearing housing clearances and obtaining the required clearances as per scope – Ann-II.B5 (25% payment shall be payable for removal of top cover, inspection of bearing, and putting the cover back in position)

Inspection of generator bushing including removal, dismantling, changing of part if necessary, testing, assembly and commissioning as per scope – Ann-II. B6

Inspection of generator rotor fan blades on both sides in air cooled Generators (unit – 7 to 10). Job includes removal of bearing housing top cover, bearing top half removal, end shields removal and putting back of the same with new gaskets, inspection of fan blades for looseness tightening of fan blades, checking and tightening of locking screws and boxing up of bearing as per scope – Ann-II. B7

Threading out and threading in of rotor and inspection of rotor and stator as per scope in Ann-IIB8

Hydrogen Leakage arresting from CC bolt as per scope Ann-IIB9
