Demolition of brick work built in cement mortor including all quoins, pillars etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of concrete (Un-reinforced) in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work laid flat or on edge or brick tiles in floors, channels, Kerbs aprons etc laid bedded and pointed complete.

Materials and labour for brick work with sub class 'B' brick straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Materials and labour for brick work with sub class 'B' bricks laid flat in side of drain/channel, jointed and pointed in cement mortar (1:6), complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No 7 here-in-before, but except bricks

Materials and labour for brick work with sub class 'B' laid on edge as in drains bedded and jointed in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 9 here-in-before, but except bricks.

Materials and labour for PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded crushed stone agg as in benching, coping for drain, etc including necessary form work, complete all as specified and directed.

Materials and labour for plain cement concrete (1:3:6) type C2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in surface channel/drain, complerte all as specified and directed.

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms moulds, mitred/stopped ends etc complete all as specified and directed.

Materials and labour for 15mm thick rendering on brick work or concrete surface in cement mortar 1:6 finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as complete all as specified and directed.

Materials and labour for dressing of ground by cutting/removing vegetation, scrapping, cleaning of all grass, shrubs,bushes,weeds and saplings not exceeding 05 cm in girth (Measured at a height of one metre above the ground level) on either side of Runway, Taxi-track and other places by deploying mechanical Bush grass cutter, back pack type of 43 Cc, 1450 W, 2 stroke air cooled with one operator including fuel, rod , tool kit, nylon trimmer, 3T blade, Belt, Paddy guard, 40T Blade and lubricant etc all as directed. Grass/ bushes etc shall be removed from the work site where directed but outside the periphery of runway area and useful/serviceable materials shall be stacked properly and deposited to MES store complete all as complete all as specified and directed. (one Bush grass cutter with one operator shall be measured as one unit )

Materials and labour for manual dressing of ground by cutting/removing vegetation, scrapping, cleaning of all grass, shrubs,bushes,weeds, and saplings not exceeding 05 cm in girth (Measured at a height of one metre above the ground level) at apron/ shoulders of approach road/taxi track including removal of debris or rubbish off the premises,complete all as specified and as directed.

Preparation of old painted plastered/concrete surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint (First quality) complete all as specified and directed.

Materials and labour for 75 mm thick cement concrete (1:3:6) type C1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate in floors and finished cement concrete surface even and smoth without using extra cement etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Materials and labour for cement Concrete (1:3:6) type C2 using 40mm grade stone aggragete in foundation complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down and refixing of Signboard without damage including cleaning of surface and embedding in concrete etc complete all as specified and directed. Note: Cement concrete shall be measured and paid separately.
