Brick work in CM 1:5 (one cement & five sand) using ground moulded country bricks of size 8 3/4, x 4 3/4x2 3/4 standard specification including finishing, curing,etc., complete complying with standard specification - upto 4.50m height

Centering with steel centering and shuttering with necessary strutting arrangements for all R.C.C. or P.C.C. items including cost conveyance etc.,complete

Plain Cement Concrete 1:2:4 (one cement, two fine aggregates and four coarse aggregates) using 20mm size ISS HBG metal including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and including for the mixing, laying and labour charges etc., complete as per standard specification

Supplying steel fabricating and placing in position of M.S or RTS bars for all R.C.C works including all cost of steel and binding wire of gauge 16(or) 18 in all floors etc., complete

Providing and laying in position Standardised Concrete Mix M-20 Grade in accordance with IS 456 - 2000 using 20mm and down graded hard broken granite stone jelly for all RCC items of works with minimum cement contenet of 3250Kg/ 10cum and maximum water cement ratio of 0.55 including admixture (Plasticiser / super plasticiser) in recommended proportions as per IS 9103 to accelerate, related setting of concrete, improve workability without imparing strength and durability with about (5.0cum), 7730Kg of 20mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (3.3 cum), 5156kg of 10 - 12mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (4.79cum) 7670 kg of sand, but excluding cost of reinforcement grill and fabricating charges centering and shuttering but including laying, vibrating with mechanical vibrators, finishing, curing, etc and providing fixtures like fan clamps in the RCC floor / roof slabs wherever necessary without claiming extra cost etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers - The Coarse and Fine aggregates to be used should comply with the requiremnents of IS staandards. (No separate payment will be made by the Department for the excess usage of materials)

Plastering with cement mortar 1:3,10 mm ,thick in all floors including cost and conveyance of all materilas to site and labour charges etc,complete as per standard specifications

Plastering cement mortar 1:5 (one cement and five sand) 12mm thick mixed using river sand including cost of materials and labour charges with standard specification.

Paving the floor with Vitrified Marbonite tiles of Double Charged approved quality and colour of size 600x600x8mm thick of approved make, quality and colour in all floors over a base layer of cement mortar 1:3(one cement three sand) 20mm thick and laid straight alignment and pointed neatly with colour cement at the rate of 0.40kg/m2 laid without any air gap in the tiles neatly and fixing in position as per standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officer. The colour & quality of tiles should be got approved by Municipal Engineer before use on work

Paving the floor with design Antiskirt ceramic tiles (colour and shade as directed) of size 305 mm x 305mm x 6 mm in all floors over a base layer of cement mortar 1:3 (one cement and three sand ) 20mm thick laid in-situ and pointed with same coloured cement

Supply and fixing of M.S Grills with Doors and Windows with one coat of Red oxide with Primer including all costs such as welding,grinding and fabrication charges, cost and conveyance of all materials to site etc,complete as per standard specification.

Wiring with 2x1.5 sqmm (22/0.3) PVC insulated SC unsheathed Cu.Conductor of 1100V grade in suitable PVC rigid pipe concealed in wall and ceiling with PVC accessoires TW switch box and 5A F.T. switch in flesh with wall with 3mm thick hylum seat cover for making good of the concealed portion with suitable colour for PVC concealed Light / Fan Point (for electronic regulator) (

Wiring with 2x1.5sqmm(22/0.3) PVCinsulated single core unsheathed copper conductor cable of 1100v grade in suitable heavy gauge MS conduit pipeon well and ceiling with M.S Accessories inflush with wall with 150mm x 100mm x 75mm MS switchbox with 3mm thick hylum sheet cover for 5A 3pin non interlocking CS plug with continuous earth wire connection of 14SWG TC wire and making good of the concealed portion with suitable colour for concealed plug point

Supply and run of 2 of 4 Sq.mm (56/0.3) PVC insulated SC unsheathed Cu.Conductor of 1100V grade in 25mm dia GI pipe (class 'B' suitable bent at both ends with necessary angle iron upright and end supports for mains

Supply and fixing of single box type 4'36 W flu fitting complete with electronic ballast with TW Round blocs on wall or ceiling with flu tube with PVC unsheathed Copper leads from terminals to the fitting

Supply and fixing of 32 Amps DP Switch of 500V with metal clad with fuse and neutral (Side Handle) on suitable TW Board with PWD Earthing

Supply and fixing of TNEB meter board suitable for 32A single phase service connection with 32A fuse unit (500V) 32A neutral link and earth link (1" x 1/8" copper flat) on TW plank of size 375mm x 300mm x 19mm with supporting TW reepers of 1" thick an either side with painting with suitable bolt and nuts for fixing the TW plank on wall with earth connection and inter connection with 7/20 PVC insulated copper wire from EB meter to fuse unit.

Painting New iron work with two coats of best first quality synthetic enamel paint of approved color over the existing red oxide priming coat as directed by departmental officers etc., complete complying with standard specification (Paint required for the work should be got approved by the departmental officers before use on works)

White washing two coat using freshly burnt shell lime white in colour in all floors. Fevical type gum / glue should be used in the preparation of white wash solution as per IS 6278 of 1971. Adequate quantity of approved blue powder shall be added to white wash solution for application to the walls.

Painting two coats with ready mixed interior Plastic Emulsion Paint approved quality and colour , including thorough scrapping, clean removal of dirt, etc complete and including necessary plaster of paris, putty, wherever required etc, complete as per standard specification. -
