The comprehensive maintenance includes entire fire detection & fire fighting system from pump house to fire fighting area, replacement of parts mentioned other than in respective items of this schedule. Comprehensive maintenance includes checking of all electrical cables components from main control panel to zonal fire panel, mechanical fire fighting parameter such as checking of pumpset connections , complete oiling greasing in bearings, couplers etc,servicing of all inlet valves including replacement of gland packing, making pumpset on and run pumpset for full capacity at lease 15 mins, checking hydrant system, checking of hooters, alarm system, checking of hydrant pump, diesel engine pump set, jockey pump, throw of yard monitors, foam generator, water pressure etc., servicing complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- Comprehensive maintenance will be carried out through a specialist authorised fire fighting agency and documents to this aspect be submitted before claiming payment.

Material and labour for cleaning of underground fire pump house sump by draining out the water after pumping by arranging re-watering pumps or by manual and wash the walls & bottom surface by high pressure spray of approximating 195 PSI with rotary water jet pumps and removing the sludge and foreign matters complete by and socking out the fixing with high pressure wet vacuum pumps scrubbing the wall and cleaning the entire sump including disinfectioning the tanks with spray of chemical approach by concerned authorities complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge

Taking down unserviceable U/G cable from trenches, wall, floor etc and removing to store for safe custody above 35 sqmm upto 120 sqmm complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Excavation for taking will not paid for separatly, the cable shall be deemed to have taken down from the trenches excavated for laying of cables.
