Preparation of newly plastered surfaces of wall incl sweeping clean with brush to remove loose dust, sand, etc and applying two coats of heavy duty waterproofing coat (Dr Fixit Wounderproof-1 or equivalent) by mixing water @ 25-30% to make slurry coating and allow 4 to 6 hrs time for drying up of first coat before application of second coat in perpendicular direction of first coat and further left to dry for 4 hrs complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

M & L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls by applying chalk whiting, preparatory to distempering and evenly applying two coats of oil bound distemper (oil emulsion) on walls complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge.
