Transportation of suitable truck mounted rig machine, air compressor, OP unit, Camp equipage, connected T&P and necessary accessories, casing pipe, tube e well assembly housing pipe etc including loading, unloading creation and leveling of rig machine upto site of work etc complete in all respect as per direction of Engineer in charge, required for drilling and development of T/W.

Drilling of 250 mm dia bore by Rig machineusing ODEX method in alluvial, boulders, pebbles, rocky stone, sticky clay etc from ground level upto entire depth oredered by department.

Drilling of 250 mm size DTH attachement from bottom of casing shoe.

Supply of 250 mm size dia MS casing pipe as per IS 3589/4270 (Blind Pipe) 7 mm wall thickness.

Supply of 250 mm size dia MS casing pipe as per IS 3589/4270 (Slotted Pipe) 7 mm wall thickness.

Development of mini tubewell by sutaible air compressor unit to the satisfactory of Engineering in Charge to give sand freee discharge and proper packing of pea Gravels at least for 15 Hrs

Development of T/W by the suitable submersible OP unit complete with lowering and lifting of pumping plant having suitable discharge including running of OP unit and yield testing of tube well by V notch at least for 30 Hrs to the satisfaction of Engineer In charge.

Dismantling of rig machine and other equipments & cleareance of site after finishing the Job.

Supply and fixing 250 mm size well cap after completion of work made from MSERW pipe and MS sheet of 8 mm thick.

Supply and fixing suitable size casing shoe suitable for ODEX drilling and made from EN-24 steel.

Supply of suitable bit tube of 100 cm in length made out of seamless casing pipe as per requirment of ODEX attachment etc.

Supply and fixing 250 mm size MS housing clamp 8mm thick including nut, bolt and washers complete set .

Supply of sumersible pumping plant as per IS :8034-2002 & IS:9283-1995 (Variable Discharge 500 lpm at 100 m. head.

Supply of 100 mm dia 5.8 mm thick flanged heavy duty MS column pipe, 2 nos ISI gate valve, reflex valve, bend, MS D/F pipes etc.

Supply of fully automatic pump control panel 25 HP

Supply of 10 sqmm three core copper conductor flexible PVC insulated and sheated flat cable for working voltages upto and including 1100 Voltes.

Installation, testing and commissioning of pumping plant and accessories as required

Supply of 25mm thick rubber resistance insulated sheet of size 2mx1m

Provision for HT electric line & electicity connection

Complete copper earthing at Tubewell

Demolishing cement concrete manually/ by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 metres lead as per of Engineer - in - charge.

Excavation in soil mixed with single boulder etc requireing the use of special T&P if any for pipe line for pipe line trenches including lift upto 1.5 m lead upto 30 m including refilling watering ramming of excavated earth in the trenches for

Providing all materials Carting, Laying, Jointing, Fixing and Testing of G.I screwed pipe with specials and fitting in trenches under ground including cutting, Laying and Jointing with its cutting, threding, etc. Complete. 100 mm dia medium Duty (class B)

Provide and laying of P.C.C 1:4:8 with cement, local sand and 20 mm gauge stone ballast including supply of all materials. Labour, T&P required for the proper completion of work in foundation

Provision of Road cutiing charges for pipe line laying in following surface.
