M&L for glazed colour ceramic tiles of size 450x300x7mm, laid in vertical surface dado/skirting joint free etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured tiles to match the shade of tiles over 10 mm thick rendering in CM1:3 over stone masonry surfaces & finished even & rough to receive tiles complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for non-skid coloured ceremic tiles joint less 7 to 8 mm thick area of each tiles exceeding 0.18 Sqm but n.exc. 0.38 sqm in floor etc set jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade including 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Taking down carefully cement concrete/ spalled out concrete from RCC roof projections,Ceilings,Sunshades,beams,Columns etc upto cover depth by chipping out lightly including necessary scaffolding etc complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for cleaning the existing reinf of slabs chajjas , Columns etc & applying a coat of SIKA RUSTOFF 11 or equivalent of pidilite,fosroc,Thermax etc to remove rust particles etc throughly cleaning the surface complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for applying a coat of bond coat made with cement slurry(1part cement to 1.5-2parts water) mixed with admixture LATEX POWER or equivalent mixed @5 Kg per 50kg of cement & applying to the concrete surfaces @200gm/sqm to obtain tack complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F GI chicken wire mesh of 0.71mm dia wire & 12mm mesh size fixed with nails & screws around RCC chajjas/fascias etc complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for 15-20mm thick rendering in CM 1:1:2 using 1 part cement to 1part 2-3mm screenings of stone agg & 2 parts coarse sand over the bond coat applied surfeces with cement mixed SIKA PLASTOCRETE admixture or equivalent of pidilite,fosroc,Thermax etc @100gm/50kg of cement & finishing the surfaces even & rough to recieve final rendering coat complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for 10-15mm thick rendering in CM 1:3 over the bond coat applied surfeces with cement mixed SIKA PLASTOCRETE SUPER admixture or equivalent @100gm/50kg of cement & finishing the surfaces even & smooth complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M & L for mild steel framed work as in brackets etc for cooler stands,supportings frame work for sun shade etc framed steps/stairs etc complete using MS railing/angle iron Steel bars gusset plate etc conforming to Fe 290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling of wall and ceiling board (fibre, pulp, insulation, etc) or insulation board/slabs /blankets of any thickness including cover fillets complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F anodised aluminium snap grid frame work of pre powder coated pre fabricated GI section (Including hangers) for false ceiling of size 600x600mm with ceiling board of PVC laminated gypsum board 10-12 mm thick and fixed as per manufacturer instruction including as per sample approved by GE , complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L Exposing existing RCC members such as columns, slabs, lintels, beams, etc, upto the main reinforcement carefully by means of chisel and hammer, wire brushes or by any other mechanical means so as to remove all deteroit concrete and cleaning the surface to remove all loose dust particels, etc and make the surface ready to receive chemical treatment in specified condition complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for 30 mm thick guniting in patches on to the required area on RCC/PCC columns, beams, stairs, lintels, retaining walls, sunshades, roofinf slabs etc. of all sizes and shapes at all heights from the existing ground floors and all locations with CM 1:2 under pressure of 2 to 2.8 Kg/cm2 after removing the damaged loose spalled concrete by chipping, removal of dust and applying one coat of rust converter kp-100 equivalent grade over existing exposed old reinforcement wherever necessary providing and tying n position 25x25mm 12mm guage dia wire MS welded mesh or smaller size over treated surface ready to receive grouts including 5mm to 10mm thick plastering in CM 1:4 to match existing surfaces and finished even and smooth including curing for 10 days etc, complete all operations all as specified and directed including labour charges hire for all tools plants and machineries cost of consumable scaffolding, all types of protective equipments, pipelinesand vessels, materials etc. required to do guninting at the site, removing the debries out of the MoD land in low lying areas and levelling as directed, with wo coats of white wash over one coat of primer complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note:- (a) After placing the additional reinforcement all concrete surfaces should be thoroughly scrubbed with brushes, washed with water and allowed to dry. To this surface apply chemical polycrete admixture at the rate not less than 2% by weight of cement or as per manufacturer instructions. (b) When polymix coating is in tackey condition guniting to be done with polycrete admixture t the rate not less than 2% by weight of cement or as per manufacturer instructions. Polycrete admixture to be procured from Chemical Adhesive Pvt Ltd Co or their authorized dealer. (c) Cost of the above aspects shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate of the respective item and nothig extra shall be paid on any account.

S&F GI wire netting 0.90mm dia and 12mm mesh lathing to wood or metal studding, joists, etc. in walls, ceilings, stanchions, beams, etc. including all laps, cutting and waste complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for 75 mm thick Cement concrete type D - 2,1:4:8 (40 mm graded agg) as in sub base to floors incl well compacting & laid to levels complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying 60mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding/laying if inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Taking down existing cement plaster including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering in CM 1:6 finished even and smooth without extra cement on stone wall surface complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for 15 mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 finished surface to be fair and even on stone wall surface, complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L Rendering 10 mm thick CM (1:3) on concrete surfaces on ceiling / facia /RCC Chhaja etc all as directed & finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Demolition of stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L PCC solid building blocks 10 cm thick type B1 1:2:4 set in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for Plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in coping to parapet walls including necessary form work complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for Plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B0 using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in roof kerbs rounded or chamfered on edges complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L Udaipur Green marble 16-18mm thick as in window cills,platforms treads of steps etc over and including cement screed 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 laid & jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and mirror polishing complete all as specified and directed. Note: Quoted rate deemed to including the cost of chamfering the exposed edges of marble complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Rounding to edges of stone slabs one edge, such as in steps, cooking platform, and other similar situations complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for preparing surfaces plastered or unplasterd on new surfaces applying 2 coats of Oil Bound distemper over 1.5mm to 2mm thick wall putty finished to a even and smooth finish over a coat of alkali primer complete all as specifed & directed by Eng-in-charge.

S&F Factory made single extruded WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) solid door/ window/ Ceosetory windows & other Frames/ Chowkhat of size 45 x 70 mm comprising of virgin PVC polymer of K value 58-60 (Suspension Grade), calcium carbonate and natural fibers (wood powder/ rice husk/ wheat husk) and non toxic additives (maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 gms) fabricated with miter joints after applying PVC solvent cement and screwed with full body threaded star headed SS screws having minimum frame density of 750 kg/ cum, screw withdrawal strength of 2200 N (Face) & 1100 N (Edge), minimum comp?ressive strength of 58 N/mm2 , modules of elasticity 900 N/mm2 and resistance to spread of flame of Class A category with property of being termite/borer proof, water/ moisture proof and fire retardant and fixed in position with MS hold fast/ lugs/SS dash fasteners of required dia and length complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge. (M.S. hold fast/ lugs or SS dash fasteners shall be paid for separately). → Note: For WPC solid door/window frames, minus 5mm tolerance in dimension i.e. depth and width of profile shall be acceptable. Variation in profile dimensions on plus side shall be acceptable but no extra payment on this account shall be made.

(Note: stainless steel butt hinges and necessary S S screws shall be paid separately)

M&L for fabrication of powder coated aluminium frame work as in frames for aluminium windows, Ventilators & Doors with aluminium section weighing 0.55 kg/m with or without rebate or for sliding windows(two track/three track ) , ventilators etc with louvers having suitable mechanism for tilting , U shaped fillets complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for pre powder coated aluminium decogrill all as per sample fixed to aluminium framework of windows & ventilators complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B0 (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) as in padding over old cleaned surface of any description on roof/terrace to fill any depressions etc or to obtain desired slopes complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for carrying out water proofing treatment for roofs in the following stages - (i) Rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar (1:4), mixed with integral water proofing liquid all as per manufacturer's instructions over concrete surfaces finished even and smooth with out using extra cement.Note : (WPC shell be measured separately and paid for under respective item of schedule). (ii) Material and labour for UV stable single component fibre reinforced elastomeric liquid applied waterproofing membrane having solid content of 55% formulated wih PU hybrid polymers and reinforcing acrylic fibres and having sun reflectivity Index (SRI) of 106. The application of the material should be done in three coat (6 hr gap after each coat) on the substrate, applying first self priming coat at ratio of damp proof ultra and water 3:1 then 2 undiluted coat of damp proof ultra obtaining coverage @1 ltr/10 sqft in two coats (10-12 hrs gap between each coat. The vital physical and chemical parameters shall be as under. Min elongationat break of 350%, crack bridging ability of 2.5 mm @650 microns thickness, resists positive hydrostatic pressure of up to 10 bars. The material shall be appliied with brush or roller, complete in all respect as per the direction of Engr-in charge/consultant. Also, proper surface preparation along with covingat corners is must complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note : - The work shall be executed by the authorized applicator of the manufacturer only. Note : - 1.The authorized applicator of manufacturer shall be approved by GE. 2.The color of final finish shall be decided by the GE
