Note: (i) For WPC solid door/window frames, minus 5mm tolerance in dimension i.e. depth and width of profile shall be acceptable and variation in profile dimensions on plus side shall be acceptable but no extra payment on this account shall be made. (ii) M.S. hold fast/ lugs or SS dash fasteners shall be measured and paid for separately.

The door should be water proof, termite proof, termite proof, fire retardent and having screw holding capacty complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 35mm thick factory made plain framed, panelled door shutters (two panel) of IInd class hard wood rail and styles with lock rail and panel of 9 mm BWP commercial ply. The size of rail and style as per IS-1003 (Part-I), kiln seasoned and chemically pressure treated complete all as specified.

S&F Powder coated of any colour (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron), aluminium door shutters, aluminium section weighing 0.55kg/m incl necessary joining cleats, glazing clips, rubber neoprene packing, handles 2 Nos in each door, hinges,anodised aluminium snap beading, screws etc. complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 4.8 mm thick plain or tinted glass, ordinary quality including rubber gasket for packing and fixed to aluminium Ventilator/window/ incl necessary cutting / moulding and chamferrring of edges for service window/counters complete all as specified and directed.

S&F stainless steel wire cloth 0.36mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.40mm fixed with tinned tacks or wire staples complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Aluminium Composite Panels (ACP) any colour of for fixing in shutter/partition with all other necessary accessories for fixing complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair for stainless steel, 25 mm dia and 1.2 mm thick curtain rod with and including fixing SS brackets and decorative type brass knobs both side of each rod, complete all as specified and directed. Note Measurement will be taken between end points of Knobs

Demolition of brick work or stone/ boulder masonry, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins,arches, pillars,etc. but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with old size full brick subclass ‘B’ burnt clay bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in CM (1:4) complete all as specified and directed.

M & L repair to overhang portion of chajja, facia, dropwall etc. for continuous work by providing PCC(1:2:4) Type B-0 and finished with CM(1:3) after taking down of damaged portion of RCC work by maintaining same level and finished the surface to match with the existing surface by providing same finish and making the edge water-dropping grooves complete all as specified and directed. Note:1.Height of work to be considered upto 7m from FFL of Ground Floor. 2.Cost of formwork shall be deemed to be included. 3.Reinforcement required to be provided will be paid separately under relevant item.

M & L for repair to sunken floor by provide water proofing treatment to sunken floor surfaces of RCC slab by the following specifications as specified and directed :-(a) Provide PCC 1 : 1.5 : 3 type A with using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate in slope of average thickness 50mm on sunken floor slab mixed with and including integral water proofing compound manufactured by Dr FIXIT or equivalent as approved, finish the surface even & smooth without using extra cement.(b) Rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:3 mixed with & including integral water proofing compound on sunken floor and sides of (Vertical surface) sunken portion.(c) Applying surfaces of bituminous primer (conforming to IS-3384-1965) @ 0.40 Kg/Sqm complete. on complete sunken surfaces of floor & wall and provide necessary connections to soil/waste pipe from WC/ nahani trap etc including demolition of old sunken complete all as specified and as directed. (d) applying a tack coat of Industrial bitumen grade of 85/25 at the rate of 1.2 Kg per Sqm including cleaning surfaces (1st coat for bonding material below membrane and 2nd coat on top of membrane). (Note : Floor Area shall be measured for payment).

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises from MoD land complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for non skid, joint free, coloured ceramic tiles 7-8mm thick (Square/Rectunglar), as in floor etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the coloured tiles laid with and including over 15mm thick screed bed in CM (1:6), area of each tiles shall be of following complete all as specified and directed :-

Area of each tile exc 0.11 Sqm but not exc 0.18 Sqm.

M&L for scratch & Joint free Glazed(Porcelain) Vitrified Tiles(GVT)/Polished Glazed Vitrified Tiles(PGVT) 9mm-10mm thick (square or rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.18sqm but not exceeding 0.36 sqm ie size 600 mm x 600 mm in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed. Note : 1.Size and pattern/texture of GVT(Matt Finish)/PGVT(Glossy Finish) must be decide by Engr in charge 2.Glazed Coating on GVT/PGVT must not be less than 1mm.

All as per Item No. 25 but in skirting complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc laid, bedded and pointed in any mortar and removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for mirror polished machine cut kota stone slab flooring/Step 20-25 mm thick over cement screed base laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of slab including rubbing and mirror finish polishing over and including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and as directed Note:- The size of kota stone slab not less than 550mmx550mm (cut size except the location where balanced.)

Description same all as per item No 28above but, as in skirting/ dado (10-12mm thick Kota stone) over and including 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 18-20mm thick granite stone slab (of any type) work (table rubbed and mirror finish polished) with and including necessay notching, chamfering the edges in steps, jambs, pillars, window-cills, cooking platforms and like bedded over and including 20 mm thick screed bed in CM (1:4) and pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 60mm thick coloured rubber moulded glossy finish machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block, M-35 Grade with pre-polished, coloured/ laquar finish any shape and size, as approved confirming to IS 15658-2006 with and including over 50 mm thick stone dust/ sand cushining complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 30cm x 30cm x 30mm thick cement concrete tiles, machine pressed, set and jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry with grey cement and pigment in floors over and including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of PCC in ground floor and pavings not exc 15 cm thickness below or above ground level including removal of rubbish out side MOD land complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 25 mm thick PCC (1:2:4) type B0 (12.5 mm graded stone agg) as in sub floor of flooring complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75 mm thick PCC (1:4:8) type D2, (40 mm graded stone agg) as in sub base of floor/ hardstanding/ footpath complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75mm thick PCC (1:3:6), type C-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in plinth protection, surface finished even & smooth without using extra cement, with and including joint filling (Size 30mm deep x 10mm wide) with sealing compound grade-A at 3m interwal and corner complete all as specified and directed. Note : Joint to be provided at each interval of 3m and corner and cost of the same deemed included in quoted rate.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone wall surfaces including glazed tiles wherever exists including raking out joints, hacking for key and scrubbing down with water and removing unseviceable materials out side MoD land complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 15mm thick plastering on fair faces of brick wall in two layers, Ist layer 10mm thick CM (1:6), and IInd layer 5mm thick CM (1:4), surface finished even and fair mixed with @ 200ml per bag WPC (liquid type) complete all as specified and directed. Note :- WPC (Liquid type) shall be measured and paid separately as supply only.

M&L for 10mm thick plastering on brick or concrete surface in CM (1:6) surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only WPC integral water proofing compound (Liquid type) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L preparation of newly plastered surface of External wall by application of 1mm thick wall care putty to remove the dent and to make the surface even and smooth by grinding or rubbing with sand paper and applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surface of internal wall by application of 1mm thick wall care putty to remove the dent and to make the surface even and smooth by grinding or rubbing with sand paper and applying two coats of acrylic distemper over a coat of primer using roller all as specified and prescribed by manufacture of paint and as directed at site by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & Labour for preparation of old surface of internal wall and applying two coats of oil emulsion distemper over putty (if required) make the surface even and smooth of all as specified and prescribed by manufacturer of paint and all as directed. Note- Putty shall be measured and paid seperately.

Material & Labour for preparation of old surface of external wall and applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over one coat of putty (if required) complete all as directed. Note- Putty shall be measured and paid seperately.

M&L for preparation of old decorated surfaces of wall by removing existing putty/distemper till plaster level and applying two coat of Sureseal by Dr Fixit or equivalent and subsequent application of 2 Coat of Oil Emulsion Distemper over a coat of 2 mm Acrylic/WaterProofing Wall Putty(each Coat not less than 2mm). Note-1.Apply first coat of Sureseal by Dr Fixit (no dilution) & allow it to dry for 6-8 hrs. 2.Apply 2nd Coat of Sureseal by Dr Fixit (no dilution) perpendicular to first coat & allow it to dry for 6-8 hrs. 3.The work of Sureseal treatment shall be got executed through expert team of manufacturers or authorised applicator of manufacturer and quantity of Sureseal will be dedided by expert team as per site requirement. 4. Putty and Oil Emulsion Distemper Shall be measured and Paid Seperately under Relevent item

M&L for preparation of old decorated surfaces of wall by removing existing exterior acrylic emulsion paint till plaster level and applying two coat of Rain Coat Neo(By Dr Fixit or equivalent over a coat of 2 mm Acrylic/WaterProofing Wall Putty(each Coat not less than 2mm). Note-1.Apply first coat of RainCoat Neo and allow it to dry for 6-8 hrs. 2.Apply 2nd Coat of RainCoat Neo perpendicular to first coat & allow it to dry for 6-8 hrs. 3.The work of RainCoat Neo treatment shall be got executed through expert team of manufacturers or authorised applicator of manufacturer and quantity of Raincoat Neo will be dedided by expert team as per site requirement. 4.Shade/Colour/Texture of Raincoat Neo will be decided By Engr in Charge 5. Putty & exterior acrylic emulsion paint Shall be measured and Paid Seperately under RElevent item

M&L for 2mm thick Acrylic/WaterProofing Wall Putty in two coats (each coat not less than 1mm) and surface finished even and smooth with sand paper complete all as specified and directed

Dismantling of timber scantling in fillets, rails, runner, rafters, purlins etc under 40 sqcm in section as in framed work complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of asbestos cement ( corrugated, semicorrugated, etc.) sheets in roof coverings complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on roof surface including mixed with WPC as per manufacturer's instruction's and finishing the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. Note :- WPC shall be measured and paid for separately as supply only under respective item of sch 'A'.

M&L for taking down/dismantling of existing roof treatment of any description and laying water proofing treatment to non-accessible roof slab with APP based modified polymeric membrane as per manufacturer’s instructions including with following course of description below :- (a) Applying a priming coat of bituminious primer @ 0.30Kg /Sqm, till the surface is properly impregnated. (b) Providing APP based 3 layer polymeric membrane minimum weighing 3 .0Kg/ Sqm and minimum 3 mm thick reinforced with polyester non-woven fabric (weight not less than 150 gms/sqm) centre core, laid on primed surface by forced applications as per the manufacturer's instructions with side over lap of 75 mm and end overlap of 100 mm. All overlap joints shall be sealed thoroughly by thermo fusing both the membrane layer (torching overlap by propane or butane gas torch ) and sealing it with the help of hot trowel. The overlap joints shall be made as a monolithic layer (c) Apply two coat of bituminous aluminium paint @ 0.20 Kg/Sqm over APP membranceNote : 1. The work of water proofing treatment shall be got executed through authorised applicator of the manufacturer only and 10 year company back warranty to be submitted by contractor 2. The work is required to be carried out at non-accessible roof slab for double storeyed. The contractor shall make arrangement of scaffolding, safety and security of workers and arrangement for approach to roof . The rates quoted shall deemed to be included for these items.)
