Idamalayar HEP Running upkeep and maintenance of Inspection Bungalow at Idamalayar for the period 01 April 2026 to 31 March 2027

Engaging the Personnels for 1. Caretaker for attending telephone calls , spreading bed sheets, removing soiled clothes, keeping occupants register upto date , rent collection and remittance, preparation of food for occupants, room sevice as and when required and other works and 2. Cleaner for maintaining the garden and the yard of IB and IB Annex , sweeping & cleaning of rooms , toilets, furniture and the court yards of IB & IB Annex, Cleaning of compound walls, gates, car porches, fish pond, fountain and all the premises within the compound walls of both IB & IB Annex including uprooting the grass and other overgrowths to keep the Buildings and its surroundings clean and neat and also for washing bedsheets, pillow covers, window curtains, table mats,etc., watering , manuring ,trimming the plants, applying pesticides etc.including cost of broom, consumables for cleaning, Dobby charges, gardening, manures, pesticides etc as per the direction of the department officers
