Checking of earlier executed works done by M/S Archon Engicon Ltd. in order to taking over the lines for rectification of all shortcomings within 30 days after issue of LOI.

Coping and muffing of different types of Tower foundation which is earlier done by previous agency also includes cost of transportation,men,materials and T & P.(Rates per Location)

Shorting,Shifting of tower parts from 132 KV S/S Aurai/existing store site to working site,fabrication of tower parts and making hole as per required missing member then replenishment of fabricated member with the help of suitable size of Nut bolt & washer as well as bolts should be properly tightened & punched (rate including all T & P and labour charges but excluding the cost of tower parts , Nut Bolt & washer will be provided by department)

Checking and tightening of loose /missing nut bolts from bottom to top of different types of towers including Gantry which are already erected including all cost of men,material and T&P(Tack welding of nut bolts should be done if required).

Repairing of damaged stubs of towers after breaking of chimney,cutting of damaged portion,drilling of holes through drilling machine providing & fixing required stub pieces and cleat plates,butt jointing and reconcretting of chimney (1:2:4) etc. including all cost of men,material and T & P.

Check survey and final peg marking.

Cost of excavation of 132 KV DC tower foundation pits including all earth work, back filling, levelling etc. Normal soil Dry/Wet/PS/FS

Installation of steel reinforcement bars in RCC foundation including cost of steel reinforcement bars with cutting, bending, placing and binding including all cost of men, material and T&P.

Setting of stubs of following 132 KV DC towers (setting of foundation bolt of gantries shall not be paid extra) rate includes carriage of stubs from UPPTCL store to site.

Cost of concreting for all types of tower foundation with ratio 1:2:4 including cost of cement, dewatering, shoring and shuttering, forming, curing but excluding cost of reinforcement bars.

Erection of super structure of all type of towers and their extensions wherever required and all work above ground level including fitting of number plates, danger board, phase plate and punching of bolts.(weight of tower is excluding the weight of stub,washer, nut&bolts etc including all cost of T&P, labour charges and carriage of structure of towers from UPPTCL store to site.

Tack welding of all the nut bolts up to the height of one section of tower or 5 meter from the ground level whichever is higher with 3 tacks at 120degree seperation of minimum 10 mm thickness and application of zinc rich aluminium paint on the affected surface including cost of all material and T&P.

Pipe type earthing at required towers (rates includes cost of coke, salts, digging, lug pressing, back filling, ramming &leveling etc.) but excluding the cost of pipe type earthing set including all cost of labour and T&P.

Laying, tensioning, stringing, clamping and jointing etc. of ACSR "Panther" conductor including hoisting of insulators, fitting of all necessary hardware and accessories i.e. fitting Armour rods, vibration dampers etc. on all three phases of 132 KV SC lines.

Laying, tensioning, stringing, clamping and jointing etc. of ACSR "Panther" conductor including hoisting of insulators, fitting of all necessary hardware and accessories i.e. fitting Armour rods, vibration dampers etc. on all six phases of 132 KV DC lines.

Laying, stringing, tensioning, clamping & jointing including fittings of all necessary Hardware and accessories of OPGW & OFAC,termination at S/S,end to end connectivity & testing etc on 132 KV Lines.

Looping & Chooping of trees branches of different type of trees falling in the range of Corridor of the 132 KV lines to provide the maximum clearance between the trees and conductor on the both side of tower/line with all due care of safety & precaution to avoid any damaged to nearby building,power & telephone lines passing near by,crops,other near by trees etc.The work also includes removing & cleaning the line corridor after looping & chooping of trees.

Dismantling of 132 KV "A+0" & "A+5" type DC towers located at old location no. 32/2,32/4 of 132 KV Aurai(400)- Rajatalab Line are presentaly unutilized in terms of diversion and including all associated work above ground and proper opening of Nut bolt & washer,all tower parts including Danger plate,Phase plate and number plate etc through cutting of tack welding of Nut Bolt including all cost of men and T & P.

Transpotation of old & dismentalled tower parts (6.373 MT) from site of 132 KV Aurai(400)- Rajatalab Line by way of loading on private vehicle from site to Aurai store approx 15 KM and unloading, stacking as per direction of S.D.O/J.E.
