Providing and fixing 10 mm (ten millimetre) thick acid and/or alkali resistant tiles In flooring on a bed of 10 mm (ten millimetre) thick mortar 1:4 (one acid proof cement : four coarse sand)of approved make and colour using acid and/or alkali resisting mortar bedding, and joints filled with acid and/or alkali resisting cement as per IS : 4457, complete including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals as per the directions of Engineer-in-Charge.

Steel work welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting fixing in positiobn and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structure steel Gratings framed guard bars laddeds railing brackets and similar works including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals as per the directions of Engineer-in-Charge.

Applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1.00 mm (one millimeter) of approved brand and manufacture over the over plaster wall surfaceto prepare the surface evean and smooth complete including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals as per the directions of Engineer-in-Charge.

Distempering with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade New work (two or more coats) over and including water thinnable priming coat with cement primer including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals as per the directions of Engineer-in-Charge.

Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade New work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm) including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals as per the directions of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing Partical board ceilling of approved quality with but joint and nail (framed work and cover fillets to be paid for separately ) . Cement bonded partical board 8 mm (eight millimetre) thick including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals as per the directions of Engineer-in-Charge.

Polishing Two with malamine polish of required shad on new wood and wood based surface to give and evan surface including cleaning the surface aff all dirt , dust and prepared smooth and including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals as per the directions of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing aluminium work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS: 1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing / paneling, C.P. brass / stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-incharge. (Glazing, paneling and dash fasteners to be paid for separately) : including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals as per the directions of Engineer-in-Charge. For fixed portion Anodised aluminium (anodised transparent or dyed to required shade according to IS: 1868, Minimum anodic coating of grade AC 15) including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals as per the directions of Engineer-in-Charge.

For shutters of doors, windows & ventilators including providing and fixing hinges/ pivots and making provision for fixing of fittings wherever required including the cost of EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket required (Fittings shall be paid for separately) Anodised aluminium (anodised transparent or dyed to required shade according to IS: 1868, Minimum anodic coating of grade AC15)

Providing and fixing glazing in aluminium door, window, ventilator shutters and partitions etc. with EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket etc. complete as per the architectural drawings and the directions of engineer-in-charge . (Cost of aluminium snap beading shall be paid in basic item) including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals as per the directions of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing 12 mm (twelve) thick Pre-laminated particle board with decorative lamination on both sides flat pressed three layer or graded wood particle board conforming to IS: 12823 Grade l Type ll, in panelling fixed in aluminum doors, windows shutters and partition frames with C.P. brass / stainless steel screws etc. complete including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals as per the directions of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing double action hydraulic floor spring of approved brand and manufacture conforming to IS : 6315, having brand logo embossed on the body / plate with double spring mechanism and door weight upto 125 kg, for doors, including cost of cutting floors, embedding in floors as required and making good the same matching to the existing floor finishing and cover plates with brass pivot and single piece M.S. sheet outer box with slide plate etc. With brass cover plate minimum 1.25 mm (one point two five millimeter) thickness complete including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals as per the directions of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing white vitreous china laboratory sink 600x450x200 mm ( six hundred into four hundred fifty into two hundred millimetre) with C.I. brackets, C.P. brass chain with rubber plug, 40 mm C.P brass waste and 40mm C.P. brass trap with necessary C.P. brass unions complete, including painting of fittings and brackets, cutting and making good the wall wherever required including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals as per the directions of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing trap of self cleansing design with screwed down or hinged grating with or without vent arm complete, including cost of cutting and making good the walls and floors Hubless centrifugally cast (spun) iron epoxy coated inside & outside as per IS:15905 including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals as per the directions of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing 15 mm (fifteen millimetre) nominal bore C.P. brass long nose bib cock of approved quality conforming to IS standards and weighing not less than 810 gms. including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals as per the directions of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing G.I. Pipes complete with G.I. fittings and clamps, i/c making good the walls etc. concealed pipe, including painting with anti corrosive bitumastic paint, cutting chases and making good the wall including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals as per the directions of Engineer-in-Charge. 15 mm (fifteen millimetre) dia nominal bore .

20 mm (twenty millimetre) dia nominal bore .
