IMPROVEMENT TO ROADS OF DAM TOP ROAD IN BERM 1 CONNECTING ROADS OF KAPUR EARTH DAM U.I.D.C. KHATIGUDA.

Clearing grass and removal of rubbish up to a distance of 50 metres outside the periphery of the area .

Earth work in Ordinary soil within 50 Mtr. initial lead and 1.50 Mtr. initial lift including rough dressing and breaking clods to maximum 5 cm to 7 cm and laying in layers not exceeding 0.30 M in depth including cost of all labour, T&P, supervision, overhead, taxes etc. complete as per specification & direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Scarifying the existing bituminous road surface in a depth of 50 mm and disposal of scarified material with in all lifts and lead upto 1000 metres. royalty and taxes of all materials. Labour charges T&P , supervision, curing for the required period , cess etc. complete as per specification & direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the Material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed Material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver in sub- base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density as per Clause 406 of MoSRT&H Specifications for road & Bridge works(4th. Revision) including cost, conveyance, royalty, taxes of all materials, hire and running charges of machinaris, cost of all labour, T&P with all cost of incidental charges and cess etc. complete as per approved specification and direction of the Engineer -in- Charge.

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.60 Kg/sqm using mechanical means as per Clause 502 of MoSRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (4th Revision) with all leads, lifts and delifts including cost, conveyance, cess and taxes of all materials including labours and hire charges of T&P materials required for the work, hire and running charges of machineries etc. all complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge

Providing and laying Bituminous macadam(50mm) with hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder of 60/70 penetration grade of bitumen, transported to site, laid over a previously prepaired surface with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per Clause 504 of MoSRT&H Specifications for road & Bridge works(4th. Revision) including cost, conveyance,royalty, taxes of all materials, hire and running charges of machinaris, cost of all labour, T&P with all cost of incidental charges and cess etc. complete as per approved specification and direction of the Engineer -in- Charge.

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion using emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.30 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous/granular surface cleaned with mechanical broom as per Clause 503 of MoSRT&H Specifications for road & Bridge works(4th. Revision) including cost, conveyance, taxes of all materials, hire and running charges of machinaris, cost of all labour, T&P with all cost of incidental charges and cess etc. complete as per approved specification and direction of the Engineer -in- Charge.

Providing and laying Semi dense bituminous concrete grade-II(25mm) with batch type hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder of 60/70 penitration grade of bitumen, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compactionas per Clause 508 of MoSRT&H Specifications for road & Bridge works(4th. Revision) including cost, conveyance,royalty, taxes of all materials, hire and running charges of machinaris, cost of all labour, T&P with all cost of incidental charges and cess etc. complete as per approved specification and direction of the Engineer -in- Charge.

Flank dressing to proper camber.

Road Marking with Hot Applied Thermoplastic Compound with Reflectorising Glass Beads on Bituminous Surface Providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5 mm thick including reflectorising glass beads @ 250 gms per sqm area, thickness of 2.5 mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC:35 .The finished surface to be level, uniform applied and completed as per the Engg. -in-Charge.
