The intending bidder should have in last five years i.e., from 2020-21 to 2024-25 satisfactorily completed (at least 90% of the contract value) as a prime contractor at least one similar nature of work such as Improvements to Tank of value not less than 50% of the estimate value of amount put to tender i.e., Rs: 150.00.00Lakhs. The Work done certificates obtained from the officer not below rank of Executive Engineer should be uploaded. The work done value of the previous year shall be updated to present price level of 2025-26 at 10% per annum

The annual turnover of intending bidder shall not be less than the two times the amount put to tender i.e., Rs: 600.00 Lakhs in any two financial years during the last 5 years i.e, from 2020-21 to 2024-25 (in all Classes of Civil Engineering Construction works only). The audit Profit and Loss account certified by a practicing Chartered Accountant duly showing with UDIN i.e (Unique Document Identification Number) along with income tax return should be uploaded. The turnover of previous years will be updated to the present value of the year 2025-26 giving weightage of 10% for each previous year turnover value

A Copy of Valid Registation certificate under KPWD class-II and above civil contractor registration certificate
