Parking Bays and Yard Development

3.6:Excavation for roadwork in soil with hydraulic excavator of 0.9 cum bucket capacity including cutting and loading in tippers, trimming bottom and side slopes, in accordance with requirements of lines, grades and cross sections, and transporting to the embankment location within all lifts and lead upto 1000m

3.13.1.B:Earth work in excavation of foundation of structures as per drawing and technical specification, including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious matter, dressing of sides and bottom, backfilling the excavation earth to the extent required and utilising the remaining earth locally for road work.<br> Ordinary soil - Mechanical Means - (Depth upto 3 m) <br>

3.16:Construction of embankment with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lifts and leads, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of table 300-2.

3.17:Construction of embankment with approved materials deposited at site from roadway cutting and excavation from drain and foundation of other structures graded and compacted to meet requirement of table 300-2.

4.2.A.1:Construction of granular sub-base by providing graded material, spreading in uniform layers with a motor grader on a prepared surface, mixing by mix in-place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with a vibratory roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per clause 401. Grading-III -For lower sub-base - Mix in Place Method

4.12:Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to Wet Mix Macadam specification including premixing the Material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed Material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver in sub- base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density.

55.23:Supplying and laying interlocking tile 80mm or nearest size thickness, minimum strength M30 including providing a layer of 6mm aggregate for 5cm thickness, then laying interlock cobbles in lines and levels as per the directions of the departmental officers at site inclusive of all cost & conveyance charges etc. complete.

OD317089/2025-2026:Painting TPA resin based acrylic paint with adequate nos of coats to give uniform finish, on Concrete surface in all shade, including cleaning the surface of all dirt, scales oil, grease and foreign material etc. complete.

OD317090/2025-2026:Supplying and laying interlocking tile 60mm or nearest size thickness, minimum strength M30 including providing a layer of 6mm aggregate for 5cm thickness, then laying interlock cobbles in lines and levels as per the directions of the departmental officers at site inclusive of all cost & conveyance charges etc. complete.

12.4:Plain cement concrete 1:3:6 nominal mix in foundation with crushed stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size mechanically mixed, placed in foundation and compacted by vibration including curing for 14 days.

OD317139/2025-2026:Providing green natural lush lawn grass of relevant species accustomed to the ecology of location specified, fully grown externally, formed and carefully cut to sheets, transported including stacking, loading and unloading, placing the sheets as per the requirement, manured, including watering and maintenance of the lawn for 60 days or more till the grass forms a thick lawn with roots firm to the new location free from weeds including supply and filling of good earth etc. maintaining the lawn until the period of watering all complete as per direction of Officer-in-charge.

4.3.2:Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work for:Retaining walls, return walls, (any thickness) including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses fillets, kerbs and steps etc.

4.1.3:Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level:1:2:4 (cement : 2 coarse sand (zone-III)derived from natural sources : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources)

16.69:Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature jointed with cement mortar 1:3 ( 1 cement : 3 coarse sand) , including making joints with or without grooves ( thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete etc. as per direction of Engineer-in-charge ( length of finished kerb edging shall be measured for payment ). ( Precast C.C. kerb stone shall be approved by Engineer-in-Charge)

13.62.1:Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade:Two or more coats on new work over an under coat of suitable shade with ordinary paint of approved brand and manufacture .

OD317169/2025-2026:Sculptural composition of a relief art work mounted on a wall wherein an art forms/work of relevant design is etched with raised three-dimensional elements from a flat base including designs as per the theme proposed as part of beautification works including supply of all material specific to the artwork including cementing, exterior finishing material, glue, steel mesh with different layer of painting coat applied with texture coat, base coat and upper matt layer finishes as specific to the artwork, scaffolding, transportation of material specific to the work etc. all complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

OD317140/2025-2026:Providing and supplying of Roystonea regia (Royal Palm), low to medium grown species, stacked with care considering its delicate nature including loading and unloading of the heavy palm transited from the planter source, planted on ground to bring about the aesthetics carefully placed on the location specified, including digging, supply and filling of good earth, manured, watering for a specified period of 45 days from the day of planting till the root gather its firmness to the newly shifted location acclimatized with the new environment and surrounding, maintenance until the period of watering all complete as per direction of Officer-in-charge.
