Consumables, T&Ps etc. Required for Satisfactory Completion of the Work as per Technical Specifications and Direction of the Supervising Engineer as per Site Requirement and Details below :

Supply of 5 No. U-Bolted type Tension Fitting Assembly, suitable for Single Panther Conductor & 70 KN Disc Insulators, Complete with D-Shackle, Socket Eye, Ball Hook, Ball Clevis, Tension Clamp etc., as per Drawing / Sample.

Supply of PG Clamp duly Made of LM-6 Aluminium Alloy, suitable for ACSR Moose to ACSR Panther Conductor, Complete with 4 No. 16×90 mm size HDG Bolts, Nuts, Spring & Plain Washers, as per Drawing / Sample.

Supply of PG Clamp duly Made of LM-6 Aluminium Alloy, suitable for ACSR Panther to ACSR Panther Conductor, Complete with 3 No. 16×75 mm size HDG Bolts, Nuts, Spring & Plain Washers, as per Drawing / Sample.

Supply of 33KV Post Insulator Clamp duly Made of LM-6 Aluminium Alloy, suitable for 33KV Post Insulator & Single ACSR Panther Conductor, Complete with G.I. Bolts, Nuts, Spring & Plain Washers, as per Drawing / Sample.

Erection of Main & Auxiliary Lattice type Structures including their Shifting from Storage Place at the Sub Station to Erection Site.

Stringing of 33KV Jack Bus Bar with Single ACSR Panther Conductors for Capacitor Bank including Hoisting of Disc Insulator Tension String with associated Tension Fitting alongwith Shifting of the Conductors, Tension Fittings, Clamps etc. from Stores at the Sub Station to Erection Site. Interconnection & Jumpering of various Equipments with Single ACSR Panther Conductors in Capacitor Bank Bay to Connect Isolators, C.B., CTs., Capacitor Units, Reactors, NCTs etc. with the help of suitable Clamps / Connectors including, Cutting, Bending, Shaping etc. of the Conductor as per Site Requirement alongwith Shifting of Required Materials from Storage Place at the Sub Station to Erection Site. (1 Job includes Interconnection & Jumpering of all the Equipments in Capacitor Bank Bay)

Laying of Following sizes Control Cables in Cable Trenches from Control & Relay Panels in Control Room to various Equipments, Junctions Boxes etc. in Switchyard as per Cable Schedule including its Saddling with 25×3 mm size Aluminium Saddle at every 750 mm Distance alongwith Shifting of Control Cables in Drums from Storage Place at the Sub Station to Erection Site and Shifting Back the Balance Cables & Drums to Stores at the Sub Station :

Inter-connection & Termination of above Laid Control Cables between C&R Panels in Control Room to various Equipments, Junctions Boxes etc. in Switchyard as per Cable Schedule including Making necessary Holes in Gland Plates or Boxes wherever Required alongwith Supply & Fixing of Cable Glands of Appropriate Sizes & Providing of Ferrules for each Core of the Cables and its Termination with Crimping type Copper Lugs including Preparation of Inter-connection Drawing and Commissioning of the Capacitor Banks in Co-ordination with T&C Wing alongwith Providing of 2 Sets of Hard Copies of as Executed Inter-connection Drawing. (1 Job for Capacitor Bank Bay)

Cutting, Bending, Straightening & Laying 500 - 700 mm below inside the Ground & above the Ground of M.S. Flats to be Provided by the Department as per Requirement for Earthing of Main & Aux. Structures, Equipments, C&R Panels, Junction Boxes, Cable Trenches etc. including Welding, Drilling etc. aloongwith Painting of Earthing Strips with 1 Coat of Red Oxide Primer & 2 Coats (The 2nd Coat of Paint shall be Applied at the Gap of 48 hrs. when 1st Coat of Paint is Done & Checked by concerned J.E. / S.D.O.) of 1st Quality Synthetic Enamel Paint as per Details below :

Earthing of 33KV Control & Relay Panel of each Capacitor Bank at 2 Points of each Panel with 50×6 mm / 25×5 mm size M.S. Flat including Painting of Earthing Strips in Green Colour. (1 Job per Point)

Earthing of Cable Trench in Capacitor Bank Bays with 25 × 5 mm size M.S. Flat including Painting of Earthing Strips including Painting of Earthing Strips in Black Colour.

Providing of Junction Box of size 280 × 225 × 150 mm duly made of 16 SWG Sheet and Painted with Smoke Grey Colour Synthetic Enamel Paint and Fitted with 1 No. 6 Amp. SP MCB on Anodized M.S. Channel, 1 No. Bakelite Fuse Fitting with 6 Amp. NS 6 type HRC Fuse, 1 No. Copper Neutral Link, Bakelite Terminal Block of 4 Terminals, Cable Glands suitable for 2C / 4C × 2.5 mm2 size Incoming / Outgoing Control Cables etc., then Installation of Junction Box on G.I. Column Structures at designated Height with the help of suitable M.S. Clamps alongwith Earthing of the Junction Box with 12 SWG G.I. Wire including Cable Terminations with Satisfactory Testing & Commissioning.

Providing & Fixing of G.I. Pole Bracket duly made of 40 mm dia. 1.2 Meter Long ‘B’ Class Pipe and Bent at One End by Quarter Circle in 1.0 Meter at an Angle of 300 for Fixing of 125 Watt LED Street Light Luminaries Fittings on G.I. Column Structures with help of M.S. Clamps.

Providing & Fixing of 125 Watt L.E.D. Street Light Luminaries Fittings of Philips / Compton Greaves / Havells make in Single Piece Die Cast Aluminium Alloy Housing with Pot Optics Reflector & Toughened Clear Glass Cover with Frame for Lamp Compartment inlcuding Cable Terminations.

Providing of 3 Phase L.T. A.C. Supply Cubical of size 1200 × 600 × 500 mm with Hinged Door and Proper Locking Arrangement duly made of 16 SWG M.S. Sheet and Painted with Grey Colour Synthetic Enamel Paint. The L.T. A.C. Supply Cubical should be Fitted with 3 No. 100 Amp. Copper Neutral Link, 4 No.100 Amp. Aluminum Bus Bar (3 Phase + Neutral), 5 No. 32 Amp. TPN MCB, 6 No. 40 Amp. DP MCB, 40 No. Link type Terminal Bock, Cable Glands etc. with Internal Wiring and then Installation on M.S. Angle Frame Structure duly Grouted in Ground by due Construction of Concrete Plinth.

Earthing of L.T. A.C. Supply Cubical with Providing & Fixing of 600 × 800 × 8 mm size G.I. Plate with its Top At Least 3 Meter below the Ground Level with 20 mm dia. G.I. Pipe & Funnel for Watering, 1 No. 8 SWG G.I. Wire Earthing Lead etc. with Alternate Layer of Charcoal / Coke and Salt At Least 150 mm Thick Around it.
