Demolition of cement concrete in any position not other wise specifically provided for complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L plain cement concrete type D2, 1:4:8 (40mm graded aggregate) in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in surface channels and drains etc like including necessary forms/ moulds complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate cast in situ in copings and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating including use of form work (straigth or curved) complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge. - (i) The unit rate include for use of form work (straight or curved). (ii) Reinforcement if any shall be measured and paid separately.

Material and labour for plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-0 using 12.50mm graded aggregate as in roof kerbs or mud stops rounded or chamfered on edges, complete all as specified & directed.

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 Cm inner girth in cement concrete ,using extra cement ,including forms ,moulds ,mitred /stopped ends etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 60 Cm inner girth in cement concrete ,using extra cement ,including forms ,moulds ,mitred /stopped ends etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 80 Cm inner girth in cement concrete ,using extra cement ,including forms ,moulds ,mitred /stopped ends etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of brick work, stone/ boulder masonry and built in cement mortar including all quoins arches, pillars etc but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stone work and precast concrete articles all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and Labour for brick work with subclass 'B' bricks,straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in CM 1:6 but except bricks.(Note :Serviceable bricks obtained from item No.9 here-in-before shall be reused)

M & L precast cement concrete block masonary with solid blocks ,exc. 10 cm in width and setting in CM 1:6 type C1 1:3:6 (20 mm graded stone aggragate) complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster of any description from brick or stone walls etc incl racking out joint hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc all as specified and directed. complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for 15mm thick rendering cement plaster in cement and sand mortar 1:4 over brick or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed

Excavating in trenches not exc 1.50 m wide and not exc 1.50 m in depth and getting out in soft and loose soil,complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning , filling in, incl spreading levelling, watering and well ramming in layer n exc 25 cm complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated materials and depositing where directed at a distance n.exc 50mtr at a level n exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for cutting to bituminious road for laying for RCC hume pipe and making good with 150mm thick PCCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate over PCC subbase 150mm thick 1:4:8 type D1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate over 150mm thick hardcore over rammed earth including RFR as required & removal of excess soil upto a distance not exc 50m complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking out silt and mud deposits from drains, channels and culvert bed, removal of mud/ silt to a distance not exc 50 metres away from the starting point and deposited where directed at a level n.exc 1.5 metres including cleaning thoroughly drain and channel bed for free flowing complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour hard core broken stone or boulders of gauge n exc. 63mm, deposited , spread and levelled in layers n exc. 15cm thick and watered and rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 100mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in hardstanding/path/sub base finished to an even and fair surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 50mm thick cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate in flooring finished even and smooth complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L reinforced concrete pipes ,class NP2,600 mm bore laid in trenches jointed with collars complete all as specified and directed (excavation, earthwork and PCC shall be measured and paid for separately)

M & L Reinforced concrete pipes ,class NP2,450 mm bore laid in trenches jointed with collars complete all as specified and directed (excavation, earthwork and PCC shall be measured and paid for separately)

M & L Reinforced concrete pipes ,class NP2,300 mm bore laid in trenches jointed with collars complete all as specified and directed (excavation, earthwork and PCC shall be measured and paid for separately)

Material and labour for plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 nominal mix using 40mm graded aggregate as in concrete bed to drain pipes including packing under and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested for internal dia of pipe 600 mm (thickness of bed shall be 15 cms), all as specified. Note(i) :- The unit rate include for use of form work. (ii) Width of bed shall be outer dia of drain pipe plus 30 cms . Haunching shall be as per MES SSR-part-I/Part-II

Material and labour for plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 nominal mix using 40mm graded aggregate as in concrete bed to drain pipes including packing under and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested for internal dia of pipe 450 mm (thickness of bed shall be 15 cms), all as specified. Note(i) :- The unit rate include for use of form work. (ii) Width of bed shall be outer dia of drain pipe plus 30 cms . Haunching shall be as per MES SSR-part-I/Part-II

Material and labour for plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 nominal mix using 40mm graded aggregate as in concrete bed to drain pipes including packing under and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested for internal dia of pipe 300 mm (thickness of bed shall be 15 cms), all as specified. Note(i) :- The unit rate include for use of form work. (ii) Width of bed shall be outer dia of drain pipe plus 30 cms . Haunching shall be as per MES SSR-part-I/Part-II

M&L fo MS Framed work such as grills ,gratings etc, with end of bar shouldered and/ or forged into spikes ,frame work of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe 290 Gde E 1645 comp[lete all as specified complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of new steel surfaces over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of VX-polymer based anti corrosive paint over a coat of anti corrosive primer complete all as specified. complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Precast RCC Cover slabs in CM 1:4 type B-1, 1:2:4 (20 mm graded stone aggregate as in slabs of drains including necessary form works.(Reinforcement will be measured and paid seperately). complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for TMT bar 10mm dia and over cut to length, bent to shape required incl cranking bending spiray for hooping for colums, hooking ends and binding with and incl mild steel wire (annealed)not less then 0.9mm dia. complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for moorum/red bajri filling in floors or pavings,laid in layers n.exc 15 cm thick spread,levelled and rammed including watering complete all as specified and as directed.

Cleaning/clearing of Drainage line (including manholes ) of any description under ground any depth, removing any type of blockage including desilting, descaling and de-chocking from drain with combined high pressure water jetting cum suction (vacuum) type machine mounted on LMV/HMV having facility of high pressure vacuum including provision of hydraulic application through high pressure thermoplastic fiber based water jetting hose and through conical round shaped nozzle pipe and flushing after cleaning including clearing of drain/manhole, sludge water shall be disposed of as directed including taking of manhole cover and re-fixing the same after cleaning complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L PVC (SWR) pipes 75 mm bore single socketed,in any length with rubber ring joints,laid in PCC block wall as weep hole complete all as specified and as directed.
