Supply & fixing in repairs Stainless steel plate rack made out of 1mm thick stainless steel sheet of standard pattern, of size 788 x 915 x 254 mm (31inch x 36inch x 10inch) complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for light shade vitrified ceramic tiles 10 mm thik (square/rectangular) polished, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm, as in vertical surfaces skirting/dado etc. Set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles over and including 15mm thick rendering as backing coat in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
Dismantling wall and ceiling boards (fibre, pulp, insulation, etc.) or insulation boards/slabs/blankets/AC boards, any thickness, including cover fillets and removing from site complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
Supply & fixing 12 mm thick perforated particle board/tiles for insulation and accoustic purpose 600mm x 600mm in size, fixed with nails to timber frame work or with staples on snap grid in ceiling, flat or sloping complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
Supply & fixing in repairs 4 to 5mm thick solid rubber beading 30 to 50 mm wide fixed at bottom of existing doors complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
Material & labour for taking down the existing aluminium door and repairs aluminium doors area exc 1.5 sqm but not exc. 5 sqm each by providing necessary jointing cleat, glazing clips, rubber neoprene packing, handles 2 Nos in each door, hinges, anodised aluminium snap beading screw etc. and refixing in the same opening after repair & make it functional to the entire satisfaction of Engineer in Charge complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- Glass,if any required, shall be measured and paid for separately.
Material & labour for taking down the existing aluminium door and repairs aluminium doors area not exceeding 1.5 sqm each by providing necessary jointing cleat, glazing clips, rubber neoprene packing, handles 2 Nos in each door, hinges, anodised aluminium snap beading screw etc. and refixing in the same opening after repair & make it functional to the entire satisfaction of Engineer in Charge complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
