M&L Rendring 15mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces with water proof compound (LWPC will be measured and paid seperately) on wall in CM 1:4 finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed Note :- Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid seperately under respective item.

Supply only integral liquid water proofing compound (ISI marked). Make : Pidilite (Dr. Fixit Pidiproof LW) or equivalent of Fosroc / Sika / STP

Providing, Supplying, Loading, Unloading on site Factory made steam cured R.C.C Precast drain cover slab, for drain of Dimensions-1000 x 600 X 75 mm. The drain shall be of M25 grade concrete including reinforcement Fe500 Grade or HD Wire of IS:432 Part II, OPC 53 Grade Cement. The surface finish shall be smooth finish, with special in built insert, sleeves at appropriate location .For fixing, lifting including mechanical means, loading,transportation at site including all leads, lifts. The slab cover is designed to withstand Class AA vehicular loading etc. complete all as specified and directed.
