Dismantling of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, platform, aprons etc., laid, bedded and pointed, in any mortar complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in- Charge.

M&L for cement concrete-coloured Chequered tiles 30cmx30cmx25 mm thick, rubber molded having matte finish, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors with grey cement and pigment including cutting and 20mm thick screed bed in CM (1:6), complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in- Charge.

M&L for 80 mm thick machine pressed rubber moulded coloured precast concrete interlocking paver blocks any shape and size as directed confirming to IS-15658-2006, M-35 Grade, including 30mm thick sand cushioning, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in- Charge.

Supplying Integral liquid water proofing compound complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in- Charge.

Refixing of Serviceable machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver blocks any shape and size obtained from ser item no 1 above, fixing including 30mm thick sand cushioning, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in- Charge.

M&L for prepolished Granite (of any type) tiles 20mm thick machine cut, bedded and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone including grinding and polishing, including 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar (1:4), complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in- Charge.

Demolition of Concrete in ground floors and pavings n exc15cm thickness (below or above ground level), complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in- Charge.

M & L cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base floors, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in- Charge.

M & L 40 mm thick cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1, using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in floors finishes wthout using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in- Charge.

M & L Preparation of newly plastered wall surfaces and applying two coasts of cement base paint. Over a coat of Alkali resistant primer, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in- Charge.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding(but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the permises complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In- Charge

M&L for non - skid Ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.06 sqm but not exceeding 0.11 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match in floor over and including 20mm thick screed bed in CM (1:6), complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in- Charge.

M&L for glazed coloured ceramic tiles of size 450X 350X 7mm thick on vertical surfaces such as skirting dados, risers etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white/coloured cement to match with colour of tiles over and including 10mm thick plaster in CM (1:4), complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in- Charge.

Demolition of exisiting damaged stone/Brick/ Concrete Block masonary built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in- Charge.

Material & labour for random rubble stone masonary , uncoursed well bounded, bedded and soilidly hearted in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in- Charge.

Material & labour for walling of random rubble, uncoursed, well bounded, laid dry in retaining walls, abutments and similar works complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F 4mm dia galvanised steel wire , 150x100mm mesh, made up into mattresses of cages, lapped, wired and laid in position, including closing after filling complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in- Charge.

M&L PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggr as in coping benching and surface channel finished fair and even incl necessary form work complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in- Charge.

Dismantling of wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in- Charge.

S&F Framed work such as grills, gratings, etc.. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in- Charge.

M&L for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description over 10cm in width or girth not otherwise described and applying 2 coats of Synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in- Charge. Note:- Rates over and including a coat of Red Oxide Primer.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls, etc. including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in- Charge.

M&L rendering 15 mm thick cement plaster in two layer each of 10+5 mm thick on fair face of brick work or concrete surface in CM (1:4) & water proofing compound mixed with second layer @ 3% finished fair and even complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in- Charge. Note:- W.P.C. shall be measured and paid separetly).
