Servicing of HT panel , detection of defective components, replacement of worn out parts and servicing/ cleaning of mechanical components after draw out of VCB trolley and Testing for smooth operation manual/ remote after calibration of relay through OEM of VCB/Test wing of UPCL and resetting & generation of testing report by the primary injection set for 11 KV VCB for OC/EF ,parameter of relay setting for healthy system, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note :- Worn out minor parts repair/replacement shall be deemed to included in quoted rate. Major parts shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply only spare parts for VCB of any make all as specified :-

Spring Charging Motor of VCB 110 V-230 Volt AC supply for the opening and closing of contacts complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge and as per sample

Indicating lamp LED

Space heater 100 watt 230 Volt AC supply with thermostat, complete all as specified

Digital multifunction meter 96x96 mm Range 0-300-150 /A Model type 3 phase 4W EN 8400 class 1.0, aux supply 110Volt with RS 485 port, complete all as specified

Digital Voltmeter (0 to 12 KV size 96x96 mm class 0.5 , PTR 11000/rt3/110/rt3 , complete all as specified

Handling, transportation of transformers of any make, type and any capacity 200 KVA of any make, model & type including hoisting, taking down from pole (pole mounted) or plinth mounted by any means mechanically pulley/mechanical crane, transportation to workshop for repair/maint. Reinstallation of Transformer in position pole mounted/plinth mounted including disconnecting and connecting all cable, earth lead, clamps and channels etc as per site requirement all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- If any damage to transformer/OH line/cables occur during handling, transportation or during hoisting/lifting, the same will be rectified by the contractor without any extra cost to the department.

M&L for changing of Old / Burnt Copper coil by new EC grade copper coils with complete including insulation material of transformer complete all as specified and directed

M&L striping out of Insulation of HV/LV Windings and reinsulation of Coil with insulating material of transformer for any type and capacity of transformers complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Labour only for opening of top cover and allied parts of transformer of capacity up to 200 KVA lifting of Core for repair , preheating charges for copper coils, assembly of core coil assembly including assembly of copper coils, Tapping connections , insulation on Tap leads with insulation paper ,star connection by new EC grade copper on HV & LV side ., Baking charges for transformer job for each proper IR value in vacuum Chamber ( Auto Clave ), refitting of HV / LV bushing and transformer accessories with top cover including M&L for painting of transformer tank having hot oil resistant paint inside all as specified and directed

M&L for replacement of Transformer oil having di-electric strength of 60 KV as per IS complete for top up/ replacement all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. (Oil should be supplied in sealed barrel of Power/Transol brand) Note: Oil shall be filled in the transformers/stabilizers to be repaired or installed at site at different locations.

M&L for Dehydration/Filtration of transformer oil at site by means of centrifuging machine in order to improve dielectric strength of oil as per IS-355. Break down voltage should not be less than 50 KV complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement LV porcelain bushing of transformer 1.1KV with metal parts brass as per IS 3347 part-III and 4 Nos hexagonal nuts, complete all as specified and directed for following.

(a) 1.1KV /250 Amp

(b) 1.1KV /400 Amp

Supply and fix in replacement HV porcelain bushing of transformer 12KV /250 Amp with metal parts brass as per IS 3347 part-III and IS 2009, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for hammer tone spray painting of transformer 11 KV/433 volts indoor/outdoor type of following capacity, including cleaning, scraping of exposed surfaces with shade as approved including writing MES number and machine number with black paint, letters 15mm wide and 50mm height complete all as specified and directed for following.

(a) Capacity of Transformer 63 KVA to 125 KVA

(b) Capacity of Transformer 125 KVA to 250 KVA

Supply and Replacement of silica gel breather assembly for following capacity of transformer

(a) for transformer capacity 63 KVA to 250 KVA

Material and labour, jointing , testing and fixing of XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded ,galvanised steel strip or wire armoured,electric power cables( heavy duty ) with aluminium conductor of size 95 sqmm 3 core, 11000 volts grade, laid in trenches/poles/walls including replacement complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L in replacement cable jointing kit for 11 KV (E) grade cable for indoor end termination heat shrink type complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 95 sqmm 3 core complete all as specified and directed.

M&L in replacement cable jointing kit for 11 KV (E) grade cable for out door end termination heat shrink type complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 95 sqmm 3 core complete all as specified and directed.

M&L in replacement cable jointing kit for 11 KV (E) grade cable for straight through heat shrink type complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 95 sqmm 3 core complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour in replacement for earthing complete with copper earth plate electrode 600 mm x 600 mm x 3.15 mm thick burried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metres deep below normal ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 metre below normal ground level connected to copper earth strip 20x3mm size (upto 7.5 metre from ground electrode) by means of copper/brass bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers all as shown in electrical plate No.3 of MES Schedule Part-I, connected to earth test terminal block and testing on completion with and including 40mm bore light grade GI protection pipe for strip upto plinth protection, PCC pit in mix 1:3:6 type C1, with RCC 1:2:4 type B-1, 40 mm thick cover, reinforced with 6 mm dia MS bars 3Nos. both ways with lifting hook made out of 6mm dia bar, watering arrangement with funnel and wire mesh and 20 mm bore medium grade GI watering pipe, common salt and charcoal filling, necessary excavation and earth work complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Cleaning of the area with removing the green grass patches /Bushes/small ornamental plants/herbs from the complete area of 11 KV receiving station with suitable T&P and covering the area with suitable pebbles of suitable size dressing/cleaning the area complete and afterwards sparying the complete area with suitable herbicide to stop the growth of weeds and grass as desired and directed by Engr-in-charge.( Note: the complete Job will be done only after taking proper shut down of 11 KV HT Line. Shut Down will provided by the Dept. with Liasion of SED.) Note: Quoted rate shall be deemed to be included for cleaning of area to be done once in a three months.

Supply and fixing in replacement dial type temperature gauge 110mm dia temperature range 0-100 degree C in repair all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement lightning arrestor of 09 KV metal oxide (Gap less type) heavy duty, self supporting station class having nominal discharge current 10 KA (peak), class II , insulation level 28/75KV suitable for 11 KV supply including necessary connections with complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out unserviceable/faulty cable of any size/type for repair/replacement from pole/wall/cable duct/underground trench etc for reuse or depositing to MES store yard complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.(Note:-Excavation and earth work shall be measured and paid separately)

Material and labour, jointing , testing and fixing of XLPE insulated, screened, armoured electric cables with aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade, laid in trenches/poles/walls including replacement complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge of following sizes:-

(a) 50 sqmm 3.5 core

(b) 35 sqmm 3.5 core

(c) 35 sqmm 4 core

(d) 25 sqmm 4 core

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 metre wide and not exceeding 1.5 metre in depth for foundation of pole or cable trenches etc and getting out in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Returning, filling in, including spreading levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Removing excavated materials exc. 250M but not exc. 500M and depositing where directed all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour in repair for laying of sub Class ‘B’ bricks,common burnt clay building bricks,designation 75 complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for sand cushioning for protection of underground cable, consolidated and compacted with clean dry sand all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour in replacement for galvanized iron tubing 80 mm bore (medium grade) with all fittings for protection of cables, laid in trenches / fixed to wall or pole complete including providing fixing clamps, bolts and nuts of suitable size all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

All as per item No 28 above but galvanized iron tubing 50 mm bore (medium grade) all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and Fix in replacement HT 11 KV,Outdoor type gang operated air-break switch suitable for horizontal or vertical mounting fixed type complete with 12 insulators of rating upto 200 Amps complete all as specified and directed.
