Earth work excavation for foundation in all clauses of soils and sub soils to full depth as may be directed except in hard rock requiring blasting but inclusive of shoring strutting and boiling out water whenever necessary et complete complying with standard specification

Cement concrete 1:4:8 mix ( one cement four sand and eight aggregate)using 40mm gauge hand broken granite tone jelly for foundation including dewatering if found ecessary and laid in layers of not more than 15 cm thick and compacted,etc., complete comply

Supplying and erecting centering for sides Centering for soffits of RCC slabs of plane surface like lintels, beams ,etc.,including strutting 3m high using mild steel sheets of size 90cm X 60cm X and B.G 10 stiffened with M.S angles of size 25mm X 25mm

Supplying fabricating and placing in position of ribbed steel rods for reinforcement to all RCC works as per the design given including cost of steel and binding wire also in all floors etc., complete

Brick work in cm 1:5 mix(one cement and five sand) using country bricks ground maded of size 23 x 11 x 7 cm including curing,finishing and cost & Conveyance of all materials etc., complete.

RCC 1: 1/2 :3 mix using 20 mm ISS HBG metal for RCC items of work excluding items of works excluding centering,shuttering, and ost of reinforcement grill ,out including curing etc complete and also including fixing fan clamps and ixtures in rcc works

Fabricating Supply and fixing and position of MS Windows with two leave. The window outer frame will be 35x35x6mm MS angle, the shutter frame will be 25x25x6 mm, MS angle intermediate stiffner will be 25x25x6 mm with cross stiffner 25x 25x5 mm flats cover

Fabricating Supply and fixing and position of MS Shutter with single leave. The door outer frame will be 40x40x6mm MS angle, the shutter frame will be 35x35x6 mm, MS angle intermediate stiffner will be 35x35x6 mm with cross stiffner 25x 25x5 mm flats covered

Providing weathering course with best quality of brick Jelly 20mm gauge in pure slaked lime (no sand to be added) over roof slab,the proportion of brick jelly to lime being '32 to 12.5 well beated with wooden beaters for giving required slope and thickness

Plastering 1:4 mix (onecement and five sand) 20mm thick including cost of labour charges etc., completeas directed by departmental officers etc, complete complying with standard specifications..

Paving the floor with Vetrified tiles 0.60mx0.6mx0.008m in all floors over a base layer of cement mortar 1:3 (one cement and three sand ) 20mm thick laid in-situ and pointed with same coloured cement

Plastering surfaces of RCC items such as slabs,beams,sunshades with cement mortar 1:3 -10mm thick including packing, providing cement mortar beading for sunshades staircase ,steps, lands slabs etc.,as directed by departmental officers etc, complete

Plastering with cm 1:5 mix( one cement and five sand ) to 12 mm thick including cost and conveyance of all materials in all floors etc.,as directed by departmental officers etc, complete complying with standard specifications.

Dadooing of walls with colour glazed tiles of best quality including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges etc complete.

Paving the floor with Anti skid step tiles 20mm Thick in all floors over a base layer of cement mortar 1:3 (one cement and three sand ) 20mm thick laid in-situ and pointed with same coloured cement

Distembering two coats of oil bound distember using one coat of primer coat including cost & conveyance to size and all labour charges etc., complete.

Painting two coats with ready mixed Exterior Emulsion paint of approved qualityand colour over a priming coat, including through scrapping,clean removel of dirt etc complete .

Painting two coats of new iron work with best quality synthetic enamel paint of approved quality and colour with priming coat including the cost all materials etc.,complete, in all floors.

Supplying and fixing P.V.C rainwater down fall pipe of 110mm dia with necessary shoes, bends,& clamps etc

Supplying and fixing in positon Indian Water Closet (Oriya type) of size 580 x 440mm white glazed earthern ware of approved quality and brand with "P" or "S" trap conforming to BIS with crushed stone M.Sandcushion and forming flooring alround the closet using 40mm broken brick jelly in lime concrete 1:2:5 (One lime, Two crushed stone M.Sandand Five brick jelly) 100mm thick and finishing the top to the required slope and including giving necessary connection to CI soil pipes (including the cost of 100mm dia CI pipe for a length of 600mm) by dismantling brick masonry wall / reinforced cement concrete roof / floor slab and making good the dismantled portion to the original condition with leakages etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers. (The water closet should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on works).

Solid PVC Door shutter using 19 gauge 19mm MS sq. tubes for styles and outer frames, 15mm MS sq. tubes for top, lock and bottom rails. The steel tubes shall be covered with 5mm thick solid PVC sheets. Shutter using 5mm thick solid PVC sheets for paneling shall rigidly fixed in position including necessary furniture and fittings. The over all size of styles shall be 50mm x 30mm. The over all size of top rail, lock rail and bottom rail shall be 75mm x 30mm. The over all size of frames shall be 50mm x 45mm, with suitable suitable rebate for housing the shutter.

Wiring with 2 x 1.5 sq.mm(22/0.3) PVC insulated SC. Unsheathed Cu. Conductor of 1100V grade in suitable PVC rigid pipe on wall and ceiling with PVC accessories and with TW switch box and 5A F.T. switch withpainting of suitable colour for open PVC light point / fan point (For electrical regulator).SD 17

Supply and fixing of 4' 36Watts Flu Fitting complete with Electronic Ballast With TW round Block On Wall or Ceilling With Flu Tube With PVC unsheathed Copper Leads from Terminal to the Tube Light Fiittings (SD 87)

Supply and fixing Of 1200mm (48") Sweep AC Ceiling Fan complete with stepped Electronic 300 W Regulator , with 1m down rod with Fan clamp with side plates and cross arm of size 450mm (18") (SD106)

Wiring with 2 x 1.5 sq.mm(22/0.3) PVC insulated SC. Unsheathed Cu. Conductor of 1100V grade in suitable PVC rigid pipe on wall and ceiling with PVC accessories with 150x100x113mm TW switch box for 5A3 pin non inter locking CS plug withpainting of suitable colour with continuous earth wire connection of 14 SWGTC wire for open PVC plug point. Supply and run of 2x1.5 sqmm (22x0.3) PVC insulated SC unsheathed Cu.Conductor of 1100Vgrade on 7/20 GI Bearer Wire of service connection Mains (SD 64)

Supply and run of 2x1.5 sqmm (22x0.3) PVC insulated SC unsheathed Cu.Conductor of 1100Vgrade in 25mm dia GI pipe (class 'B') suitably bent at both ends with necessary angle iron upright and end supports for mains (SD 69) 25MM GI PIPE
