Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 mtr in depth for foundation. (Laying of under ground cables) in hard/dense soil and getting out all as directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and exc 1.5 m and not exceeding 3.0 mtr in depth for foundation. (Laying of under ground cables) in hard/dense soil and getting out all as directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 mtr in depth for foundation. (Laying of under ground cables) in hard rock and getting out all as directed.

Returning, filling in excavated soil in trenches including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers n. exc. 25 cm thick complete all as specified and directed.

Removing of excavated soil to a distance n. exc. 50 mtr and deposited where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L local sand dry, filling in trenches around under ground cable complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing of new sub class 'B' bricks, old size, well burnt laid flat dry for protection of under ground cable complete all as specified and directed.

M & L Foundation for steel tubular poles of concrete 15 cm Depth in bottom of Pit for bed concrete (1:4:8) Type D-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate for foundation of poles including necessary form work and finishing the exposed surface even and smooth with out using extra cement complete all as specified and directed at site.

M & L Foundation for steel tubular poles of PCC 1:3:6 (nominal mix) type C-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in foundation filling and mass concrete including necessary form work and finishing the exposed surface even and smooth with out using extra cement complete all as specified and directed at site.

Dismantling PCC/steel poles any type and any size including excavation for taking out pole, breaking of PCC block with due care and setting aside and disconnecting LT cable, supporting angles / cross arms, shifting / transporting pole carefully from the site and refixing in other location under GE 871 EWS after cleaning and including painting with two coats of aluminium paint over one coat of red oxide primer on all exposed surfaces and tarring with black bituminous paint to embedded portion in PCC and providing 3 Nos of 30cm wide circular bands with black & yellow paint starting from plinth level at a gap of 30 cm in between 2 bands and numbering of poles, in yellow paint over black painted back ground at a height of 2m from bottom of pole with 5 cm large bold letters 2" (inch) wide complete all as specified and directed. .(Note:- Excavation & earth work shall be measured and paid for separately under appropriate item of this schedule)

Supply and fix in replacement of light grade Galvanised mild steel pipe 80mm bore complete with all fittings, laid under roads, drain, paths, fixed to poles/ walls with suitable mild steel clamps , bolts , nuts and washers complete all as specified and directed as for cable protection . (Note:- Excavation & earth work shall be measured and paid for separately under appropriate item of this schedule ):-

Disconnecting electrically and taking out old unserviceable LT UG cables any type of size 16 Sqmm to 150 Sqmm 3.5/4 core complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying in trenches or fixing to wall/pole or passing through pipe XLPE insulated heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor 1100 volts grade cross sectional area 120 Sqmm 3.5 core. (Note:- 1. Excavation & earth work shall be measured and paid for separately under appropriate item of this schedule. 2. The distributed wall surfaces/ flooring/ tilling shall be made good to match with existing specification)

All as per item No-15 but cable of size 95 Sqmm 3.5 core.

All as per item No-15 but cable of size 35 Sqmm 3.5 core.

Supply and fix laying & testing of aerial bunched cable 1100 volt grade stranded and aluminium conductor 4 core x 95 Sqmm,(three phase and one neutral), 70 Sqmm (insulated messenger) , electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 volts grade with stranded aluminum conductor including all fittings such as anchor clamp, suspension clamps, inline connector, cable protection and dead construction, including taking down unserviceable cable all as per IS , specified & directed.

Supply and fix laying & testing of aerial bunched cable 1100 volt grade stranded and aluminium conductor 4 core x 70 Sqmm,(three phase and one neutral), 50 Sqmm (insulated messenger) , electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 volts grade with stranded aluminum conductor including all fittings such as anchor clamp, suspension clamps, inline connector, cable protection and dead construction, including taking down unserviceable cable all as per IS , specified & directed.

Material and labour for hot pressed moulded SMC junction box of size 450X375X200 mm,weather & rustproof ,shock proof, suitable for mounted on steel tubular pole/any pole with cover ,05 nos aluminium bus bar of size 25x6 mm for phase and neutral for aerial bunch cable, cable gland aluminium lug and duly powder coated paint of approved colour on external and internal surface including fixing 02 Nos clamps 30x5mm along with nuts,bolts,washers complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for cable jointing kit suitable for 1.1 KV (Earthed) grade Aerial Bunched Cable straight through, heat shrinkable type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3.5 core aerial bunch armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 95 Sqmm complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Mild steel work as cross arms, bracing, supports, clamps and back plate, fabricated from structural steel section including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as directed including two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply, fixing, testing and commissioning of automatic street light switch of capacity 8 KW in single phase using nature switch for automatic switching of street lights based on LUX level of natural light. The sensor (nature switch) along with suitable power contactor, MCB and support terminals enclosed in pole / wall mounted enclosure made of rust proof, electric shock proof, termite proof and FR grade SMC junction box (Make: Sintex) conforming to IP54, including mounting arrangement with suitable size of FI clamps 02 Nos with complete accessories as under including taking down old street light switch complete all as specified and directed. S&F in repair weatherproof junction box of size minimum 328x239x129 mm outdoor type made out of thermo polycarbonate to accommodated 04 Nos aluminium bus bar of size 25x6 mm rating 200 Amps and MCB SP 6 Amps IP-65 with hinged door and triangular locks water proof, shocked proof, rust proof, corrosion free, acid resistance/fire retardant and self extinguishing UV resistance complete fixed on pole with flat iron clamps of size 25 x 3mm, nuts, bolts, washers etc., including two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer on iron/steel parts complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for painting of steel pole (swan neck type or straight type) up to 9 mtr height with cross arms, clamp of any length and shape for LT overhead line / for street light with two coat of aluminium paint after scratching out old paint, cleaning and existing surface rust free, preparation of the existing surface, including marking pole numbers in a 20 cm dia yellow circle with number writing with black synthetic paint & painting strips in alternate from bottom to top with three strips of black synthetic paint & two strips of yellow fluorescent paint (up to 1.5 mtr height) through out the circumference of pole (width of each strip shall be of 30 cm), complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Earthing complete with galvanised cast iron earth plate electrode of size 600x600x6.3 mm thick as earth electrode with top edge of the earth plate not less than 1.5mtr below ground level using galvanised iron strip 32x6mm as earth continuity conductor connected to earth plate by means of GI thimbles nuts bolts washers all as directed including providing earth wire protection pipe GI light grade 40mm dia from earth plate to main switch board/panel, watering pipe 20mm dia with wire mesh and funnel at top, earth pit and RCC pit cover in PCC 1:3:6 adequate quantity of charcoal dust and salt all around the earth plate, earth work in any type of soil removing surplus excavated material all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR part I including testing on completion all as specified and directed.
