Construction, Strenghtning and Crossing of 33 KV Underground Line Under EUDD - Bamrauli, Meyohall and Tagore Town, Prayagraj in the Head of BP 2026-27

Cartage of 11Mtr STP from Store to dump store/work Site Including loading and unloading

Cartage of 33 KV, 3x300 sq mm XLPE cable from Store to dump store/work Site Including loading and unloading

Cartage of others Line Material as Earthing Road and Stay Rod set , GI Wire, Stay Wire etc. from Store to dump store/work Site Including loading and unloading

Fixing & grouting of stay rod with cement, sand and bricks ballast in ratio 1:4:8 and fastening the stay wire with pole and stay rod nuzzling (All require materials as Stay Clamp, Loop Insulator Bolt & nut and grouting material will be arranged by the contractor except Stay rod 16X1800 mm, Stay wire )

Erection of 11 Mtr double pole support with fixing of necessary clamps, Cross Bracing angle and other accessories like channel, insulator etc.(As per RESSPO) All material provided by contractor except 11 M Long ST Pole.

Grouting of ST Pole, grouting in ratio 1:4:8, cement, stone grit & coarse sand, plinthing of support of size 0.4x0.45x0.3 Mtr. with cement sand& bricks blast in ratio 1:4:8 and 12 mm thick plastering around the plinth in ration 1:2:4 with 12 mm thickness curing of plinth should be done properly. (as per RESSPO) All material provided by contractor.

Earthing of support complete with the help of M.S. rod 20 mm dia and 2.54 Mtr. long, fastening of G.I. wire with clamps/X-arm/support to M.S. earth rod. As per RESSPO and Electrical safety rules. All material provided by contractor except Earthing Rod & G I Wire.

Laying of 33 KV 3x300 sq mm XLPE cable by machine drilling method. The cable shall be laid at the depth of 1050 mm from the surface of road including cartage. The cable shall be laid strictly in compliance to RESSPO Norms.

Drilling in cross the Railway Track, 1050 mm bellow or as per Railway clearence from the surface for laying of 8'' GI Pipe and laying of 33 KV.3x300 sq m.m XLPE cable in 8'' dia GI Pipe including cartage. All material proved by Contractor as GI Pipe except 33 KV Cable)
