Providing double loop earthing arranement with copper earth plate 600 X 600 X 3 mm thick including accessories i.e. G.I. pipe copper plate, copper stripsand wire for looping and providing masonary enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangements and watering pipe etc. (butt without Charcol and coke and salt) as required complete in all respect including all leads and Lifts as per the direction and to be entire satisfaction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Extra for using salt and Charcoal for G.I. or Copper plate earth electrode as required complete in all respect including all leads and Lifts as per the direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing and fixing 25 X 5 mm Copper strip on surface or in recess for earth connection as required complete in all respect including all leads and Lifts as per the direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing and fixing of fire exiting gushers of superior class make complete in all respect including all leads and Lifts as per the direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing and fixing of rubber mat suitable and tested upto 1100 volts A.C. supply having size 2X1X12 mm thick complete in all respect including all leads and Lifts as per the direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Installation including carriage of DG set to STP at Nagrota Bagwan complete in all respect including all leads and Lifts as per the direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Excavation in foundations,trenches etc., in earth work, lift upto 1.50 mts. Stacking the excavated soil not more than 3 mts. Clear from the edge of the excavation & then returning the stacked soil in 15 cms. Layers, when required into plinths sides of foundation etc., consolidating each deposited layers by ramming & watering & then disposing of all surplus excavated earth as directed with in a lead of 20 mtrs pick and jumper work complete in all respect as per the direction and to the entire satisfcation of Engineer-in-Charge within all leads and lifts.

Providing and Laying cement concrete 1:6:12(1:cement :6 sand:12 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form in foundation & plinth including carriage of materials complete in all respect as per the direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge within all leads and lifts.

Providing form work with steel plates of 3.15mm (Three decimal one five millimeters) thick, welded with angle iron in frames of 30x30x5mm (Thirty into Thirty into Five millimeters), so as to give a fair finish including centring, shuttering strutting and propping etc, with wooden battens and ballies for all heights/depths of propping and centring below supporting floor to ceiling and removal of the same for in-situ reinforced concrete and plain concrete work:- Foundation, footings basis of columns etc. and mass concrete complete in all respect including all leads and Lifts as per the direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing and Laying cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 Cement:2 Sand:4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding the cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in:- Foundations, footings bases of columns and the like and mass concrete complete in all respect as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer- in- charge up to leads and lifts.

Providing Mild steel /Tor steel reinforcement for RCC work including bending, binding and placing in position complete upto floor two level (tor steel) complete in all respect including all leads and Lifts as per the direction and to the entire satisfaction satisfection of Engineer-In-Charge.

Randum rubble masonary/polygonal rubble masonry (uncoursed/brought to courses) with hard stone of approved quality in foundation and plinth including levelling up with cement concrete 1:6:12 (1 Cement: 6 Sand:12 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) and plinth level in cement mortor 1:6 (1 cement:6 Sand) complete in all respect including all leads and lifts as per the direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Chief.

Brick work using common burnt clay building bricks in super structure above plinth level upto floor two level in C.M 1:6 (1cement: 6sand) complete in all respect as per the direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge with inall leads and lifts.

Boulder filling dry hand packed tightly under floor complete in all respect as per the direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-In-Charge within all leads and Lifts.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work in: Foundation and plinth complete in all respect including all leads and Lifts as per the direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing anf fixing of galvanised mild steel tubes of 65 dia (light grade) complete in all respect as per the direction and to the entire satisfacation of Engineer-in-Charge with in all leads and lifts.

Steel work welded in built up section trusses and framed work including cutting, hoisting fixing in position and applying a priming coat of red lead paint in grating framed guards bars, ladders, railing brackets and similar works complete in all respect including all leads and Lifts as per the direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing and fixing wire mesh pannel including the carriage of material complete in all respect including all leads and Lifts as per the direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing and fixing 0.60mm thick prepainted steel sheet in roofing with hot dipped metalic zinc coated sheet with top coat of regular modified polyster organic coating of 20 microns over 5 microns primer coating + back coat of polyster of 5 microns over 5 microns primer coating i/c fixing with prepainted iron J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 6mm dia meter & prepainted G.I. limpet & bitumen washers complete with all accessories as required complete in all respect as per the direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge within all leads and lifts.

15mm thick cement plaster in single coat on rough side of brick/stone masonary wall for interior plastering upto floor two level including arrises internal rounded angle chamber and orrounded angles not exceeding 80mm in girth and finished even and smooth in Cement Mortor 1:6 (1 Cement: 6 Sand) complete in all respect as per the direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge within all leads and lifts.
