Demolishing cement concrete manually/ by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in - charge. Nominal concrete 1:4:8 or leaner mix (i/c equivalent design mix)

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level 1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4coarse sand) : 08 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size)

Cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4)20mm nominal size graded stone aggregate mm nominal size) in pavements, laid to required slope and camber in panelsas required including consolidation finishing and tamping complete.( Paver block locking )

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work for :Retaining walls, return walls, walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses fillets, kerbs and steps etc

Steel work welded in built up sections/ framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required. In gratings, frames, guard bar, ladder, railings, brackets, gates and similar works.

Providing and fixing Tor steel reinforcement for work includingin position including cost of binding wire upto all floor level .

Providing and laying 60mm thick faciory made cement concrete interlocking paver block of M -35 grade made by block making machine with strong vibratory compaction, of approved size, design & shape, laid in required colour and pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, filling the joints with line sand etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.
