Excavation in foundations trenches etc. in all kind of soil in all leads and lifts such as pick work, jumper work in saturated /un saturated soil including bailing out water, blasting work in hard/soft rock or chiseling in hard/soft rock where blasting is prohibited in all leads and lifts stacking the excavated earth more than 3mtr.clear from the edge of excavation and then returning the stacked soil in 15cm.layers when required into plinth sides of foundation etc. consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering and disposing of all surplus excavated earth as directed within all leads and lifts and handing over the usable materials available from excavation to department free of cost as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge within all leads and lifts.

Providing & Laying cement concrete 1:3:6 ( 1 cement : 3 sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work in foundation and plinth within all leads and lifts as per satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:1.5:3 ( 1cement: 1.5 sand: 3graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding the cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in:-

Foundation, footings, bases of columns and the like and mass concrete with in all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Walls (any thickness but not exceeding 0.1 metre thickness) including attached pilasters, butresses, plinth and string concrete etc. from top of foundation level upto floor two level with in all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Suspended floor roofs, landing and shelves and their support balconies, beams, girders, bressumers and cantilevers up to floor two levels within all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying Mild/TOR steel reinforcement for RCC work i/c bending, binding & placing in position complete up to floor two level (TOR/Mild steel ) in all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in charge.

Providing form work with steel plates 30x30x15mm thick welded with angle iron in frame 30x30x5mm so as to give a rough finish including centering shuttering strutting and propping etc. height of propping and centering below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4mtrs.and removal of the same for in situ reinforced concrete and plain concrete work including all leads and lifts:

Walls (any thickness but not exceeding 0.1 metre thickness) including attached pilasters, butresses, plinth and string concrete etc. from top of foundation level upto floor two level with in all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Flat surfaces such as soffits of suspended floors, roofs, landings and the like, floors etc upto 200 mm in thickness with in all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing manhole cover with angle iron in frame of The internal size of cover 450 mm x610 mm x 100 mm including providing & fixing of MS Angle iron frame of suitable size with ISA 50x50x4 mm complete with hold fasts & two handle & one coat of red oxide paint with in all leads & lifts & as per the entire satisfaction & direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Laying, jointing of G.I. Pipes (light grade), tube fittings in trenches i/c earth work complete:

Inlet, outlet and Scour pipe 80mm dia.

Fixing of C.I Sluice valve (with hand wheel) as per IS:780 Class-I upto 300mm dia (including brass spindle and as per IS: 2906 classII for dia more than 300mm complete with bolts, nuts, rubber insertion etc, (The tail pieces if required shall be measured and paid for separately.) 80 mm dia

Taking out horizontal layer filtering media duly graded, screened, washed and cleaned as specified below complete in all respect within all lead and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Top layer : Fine sand ( Eff.size 0.20mm to 0.40 and uniformity co-efficient 2.00 to 3.00).

2nd layer :Coarse sand 3mm to 6 mm.

Third layer : Bazri 6 mm to 20 mm.

Fourth layer : Bazri 20 mm to 25 mm.

Bottom layer broken stone 50 mm to 75 mm.

Providing & Laying C C 1:2:4 (1 cement 2 sand 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) and curing complete including cost of form work in RCC work (Cement concrete drain in CC 1:2:4 under the precast slab, size of drain. 10 x 0.125 x 80 mt.)

Providing laying and placing RCC precast slab size 300 mm x 400 mm x 50 mm in cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement 2 sand 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size and curring complete including cost of steel and form work with in all leads & lifts and as per the entire satisfaction & direction of the Engineer in-charge
