Provision of Runway Turnpad Lights and associated works at Surat International Airport, Surat

Supply of LED unidirectional inset type green color runway turnpad light fitting of 8 inch dia with Five (05) years warranty, incl. supply of shallow base for aviation visual aids requirements complete with dome, LED module and its support, reflector, prism assembly, optical assembly, 'O' ring seal (internal and external), valve for water tightness test, hardware, lower cover, suitable electronic driver, plug, gasket, bolts and all other standard accessories complete and fixture suitable for operate on 6.6 amps as per ICAO and conforming to technical specifications Complete as required.

SITC of Indoor type air cooled microprocessor controlled thyristor type constant current regulator (CCR) of 4 KW rating output power at 6.6 amps., suitable for use on 240/415 V AC + 10%, 50 Hz two phase input AC supply and having 2.5 KW taping, 5 steps output current variation and able to communicate with PC/PLC controlled system with digital ammeter for output current, local and remote control operation, over current, over voltage, open cicuit and earth fault protections, , earth leakage meter, two stage earth leakage detector, positive back indication equipments, hours run counter,LED display, MCCB, terminations of input & output cables, earth connection from existing earth and all other standard accessories required as per ICAO and conforming to tender technical specifications and for communication on existing Electro-System make ALCMS at Surat Airport complete as per technical specifications as required Complete as required.

Supply of 110mm (OD-110mm, PN 8, PE 80) ISI marked HDPE pipe, conforming to IS 4984, along with all acessories like socket, bend, couplers as required including fitting, cutting, jointing etc. complete in all respect as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply of 50 mm (OD-50mm, PN 06, PE 63) ISI marked HDPE pipe, conforming to IS 4984, along with all accessories like socket, bend, couplers complete as required.

Supply of 2 x 6 sq.mm 5 KV grade unarmoured Cable with Stranded Annealed Plain Copper Conductor, XLPE insulated and Polyethylene (PE) sheathed, airfield lighting cable with anti -rodent and anti -termite treatment conforming to IS 1554 (part-2/ IS 7098(part -2) with upto date amendment etc. and as per technical specification Complete as required.

Supply of 1 x 6 sq.mm 5 KV grade unarmoured Cable with Stranded Annealed Plain Copper Conductor, XLPE insulated and Polyethylene (PE) sheathed, airfield lighting cable with anti -rodent and anti -termite treatment conforming to IS 1554 (part-2/ IS 7098(part -2) with upto date amendment etc. and as per technical specification Complete as required.

Supply of 2 x 2.5 sqmm secondary lead made out of multi stranded copper conductor EPR insulated & PCP sheathed, anti termite & rodent treated 1.1 KV grade underground cable etc. complete as required.

Supply of Green Color 2.5 sqmm insulated copper cable suitable for AFL earthing and laying along with primary AFL Cable for loop earthing i/c necessary connection with isolating trasformer housing box etc. complete as required.

Supply of Green Color 4 sqmm insulated copper cable suitable for AFL earthing and laying along with primary AFL Cable for loop earthing i/c necessary connection with isolating trasformer housing box etc. complete as required.

Supply of 45/25/15 Watt, 6.6/6.6 Amps, 5 KV grade, 50 Hz, series Isolating Transformer (suitable for Runway Turn pad light fixture as per Item no.1) encapsulated in polyester resin, finally moulded in neoprene type rubber with primary and secondary connectors etc and all other standard accessories required as per ICAO and conforming to technical specifications Complete as required.

Supply of Cast iron Isolating Transformer housing box, water tight round type with suitable rubber gasket, metal container of outside dia 330 mm, height 450 mm made of 10 mm thick cast iron moulding all round, except the top surface, which is 15 mm thick cast iron moulding suitable to receive a light fitting base plate/cover plate on the top and having three/two/one nos holes as per site requirement on the periphery centre, 75 mm above bottom surface suitable to receive 63 mm DWC HDPE pipes including as required. The box should have two SS earth bolts of M10 x 40 mm tapped inside near the hole (4" away from the hole centre) and having a drain hole at the bottom suitably tapped to receive 15 mm dia, 'B' class GI pipe and having clear opening of 220 mm at the top surface and 6 Nos. M10 tapped hole having centre to center distance of 260 mm alongwith bolts and conforming to technical specifications and complete as required at site.

Supply of 6 sqmm, 5 KV grade plug and receptacle (Essna Connector) of type I, class 'B' connector and suitable field attachment with 5 KV grade XLPE insulated, PVC sheathed, single core copper conductor cable as required and conforming to technical specifications Complete as required.

Supply of 1.1 KV grade plug & receptacle (Essna Connector) of type II class B connector & suitable for field attachment with 1.1 KV grade PVC insulated and PVC sheathed 2 core 2.5 sqmm copper conductor cable etc. complete as required and conforming to technical specifications.

Supply of 10 mm thick MS Plate suitable for mounting on the existing C.I.box , of outside dia 330 mm with 6 Nos. M- 10 hole at hole centre of 260mm to recieve bolts Complete as required.

Kerfs cutting with machine in runway /taxiway of concrete/ bituminous surface of suitable depth and width for 01 no. secondary cable along with 01 no. earth wire, laying of cable, earth wire and refilling the same by suitable sealing material etc. conforming to technical specifications and complete as required at site.

Installation, testing and commissioning of inset type turn-pad centerline light by core cutting in the bituminous runway pavement, fixing the shallow base of 8 inch with dobefil and hardener. Installation of isolating transformer, crimping/ jointing of plug & receptacles, laying of secondary leads in existing pipe curf, connections, earthing etc. complete as required and includes supply of all materials excluding fixture, shallow base, secondary lead, isolating transformer and plug & receptacles.

Installation of Cast iron isolating transformer housing box of size 330 mm dia. and 450 mm deep as per approved drawing including excavation of surface, cement concrete all round upto 200 mm having CC ratio 1:2:4 and 100 mm having CC ratio 1:3:6 below the CI box including 200 mm of all sides, providing 300 mm long 15 mm dia 'B' class GI pipe in the bottom surface for drainage of water, cutting & threading of pipe, adjustment of housing with thedolite etc, refilling the side surface, sloping and making good the same as original, conforming to technical specifications and complete as required at site.

Making connection of 5 KV grade, 6 Sq.mm Copper conductor cable with plug & receptacle (but excluding cost of plug & receptacles) including filling the gap with water sealed material applying HT and PVC insulation tape etc., conforming to technical specifications and complete as required at site.

Laying of 110 mm (OD-110mm,PN 08,PE 80) ISI marked HDPE pipe, along with all accessories like socket, bend, couplers, suitable size PP rope as required including fitting, cutting, jointing with HDD trenchless method direct in ground (depth as per technical specifiaction ) in all type of soil etc complete in all respect as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge required.

Supply and fixing of full round type prefabricated RCC joint chamber with diameter of 85cm(ID) and height of 80cm and thickness of 7.5 cm round top cover with diameter of 100cm and thickness of 5cm etc complete as required.

Laying of existing DWC HDPE/HDPE pipe size upto 2x110 mm dia. along with all accessories like socket, bend, couplers, seal rings etc. complete with fitting and cutting, jointing etc. direct in ground (upto 75 cm below ground level as per site) including excavation and refilling the trench but excluding sand cushioning and protective covering etc., conforming to technical specifications and complete as required at site.

Laying of existing DWC HDPE/HDPE pipe size upto 63 mm dia. along with all accessories like socket, bend, couplers, seal rings etc. complete with fitting and cutting, jointing etc. direct in ground (upto 75 cm below ground level as per site) including excavation and refilling the trench but excluding sand cushioning and protective covering etc., conforming to technical specifications and complete as required at site.

Laying of one number 5 KV grade Airfield lighting cable of size 1x6 / 2x6 Sqmm. Alongwith earthing cable in the existing RCC/ HUME/ STONEWARE/ METAL/ DWC HDPE pipe, conforming to technical specifications and complete as required at site.

Laying of one number 1.1 KV grade copper conductor EPR insulated, PCP sheated of size 2 core 2.5 Sqmm. in the existing trench/curf/ pipe, conforming to technical specifications and complete as required at site.

Earthing with GI earth pipe 4.5 m long and 40mm dia, accessories and providing masonary enclosure with cover plate on the top having locking arrangement and watering pipe, complete with charcoal and salt etc., conforming to technical specifications and complete as required at site.

Providing and laying earth connection from earth electrode with 6 SWG dia G.I. Wire in 15 mm dia G.I. pipe upto depth of 0.50 metre below ground level from earth electrode including connection with G.I. thimble excavation and re-filling, conforming to technical specifications and complete as required at site.
